🇬🇹 誠摯祝賀 #瓜地馬拉 共和國獨立205週年 !
🎊 Le Ministre adjoint des Affaires étrangères Baushuan Ger était honoré d'assister aux célébrations du 205e anniversaire de l'indépendance du , à .
Au nom de , il a présenté ses meilleurs vœux au peuple guatémaltèque, soulignant nos valeurs communes dont , et , ainsi que nos relations diplomatiques solides. Il a notamment rappelé l'étroite collaboration entre les deux pays dans les secteurs de la santé publique, du commerce, de la formation et des infrasctructures.
L'Ambassadeur du Guatemala Luis Raúl Estévez López a souligné l'accroissement de la coopération et des échanges dans les domaines politique, diplomatique, commercial, militaire et culturel, ainsi qu'en matière de bourses d'études. Il a ajouté que le Guatemala continuerait de soutenir la participation de Taïwan aux organisations internationales, témoignant ainsi des liens diplomatiques solides tissés depuis 92 ans. Il a également remercié Taïwan pour son partenariat dans le secteur des semi-conducteurs, qui a permis au Guatemala de s'intégrer aux chaînes d'approvisionnement mondiales et stimulé le développement économique du pays.

昨晚葛葆萱次長應邀出席 #瓜地馬拉獨立205週年慶祝酒會，代表我國政府向瓜國政府及人民表達誠摯祝賀。
葛次長致詞時提到，台灣與瓜地馬拉不只共享民主、自由及和平，兩國邦誼也相當深厚。兩國多年來在公衛、經貿、人才培育及基礎建設等領域合作密切，包含：
✅️ 協助興建首座公立癌症專科醫院
✅️ 建造兒童及青少年身障照護中心
✅️ 推動首都La Aurora國際機場現代化
✅️ 建置瓜國財政部雲端備援資料中心
✅️ 支持瓜國 #晶片之路 的發展政策，透過獎學金與培訓計畫培育半導體人才。
瓜國駐台大使艾特維（Luis Raúl Estévez López）則表示，台瓜兩國在政治、外交、貿易、軍事等領域廣泛交流，瓜地馬拉也在國際場域支持台灣爭取參與國際組織，展現兩國建交92年邦誼堅實穩固。此外，感謝台灣在 #半導體 領域協助瓜國成為供應鏈的一部分，有助瓜國經濟發展轉型。
台灣與瓜地馬拉將持續在「總合外交」架構下，開拓多元合作，作為彼此後盾，並肩同行、互利共榮。

Wishing the country's people well on behalf of Taiwan, Ger said the two sides share values of freedom, democracy, and peace, and enjoy strong diplomatic ties. The two countries have worked closely across sectors, including public health, trade, talent cultivation, and infrastructure, he added.
This includes partnership on:
✅ the construction of the country's first public specialized cancer hospital;
✅ the establishment of a care center for children and young people with disabilities;
✅ the modernization of La Aurora International Airport;
✅ the building of a cloud backup data center for the country's Ministry of Public Finance;
✅ a chip road development initiative, cultivating semiconductor talent by awarding scholarships and providing training courses.
Guatemala Ambassador Luis Raúl Estévez López pointed to expanding cooperation and exchange on politics, diplomacy, trade, military issues, culture, and scholarships, adding that Guatemala continues to speak in support of Taiwan's participation in international organizations, showing the firm diplomatic ties cultivated over 92 years. He also thanked Taiwan for its partnership in the semiconductor sector, which has made Guatemala a node in global supply chains and boosted the country's economic development.
Taiwan and Guatemala will continue to expand cooperation under the integrated diplomatic approach and the Diplomatic Allies Prosperity Project's eight flagship projects, toward joint prosperity and success.
