We were impressed by the dedication of the teachers and the remarkable progress of students after only one year of French studies.

The Summit was designed to bring together a wide range of African voices, entrepreneurs, innovators, artists, youth representatives, civil society actors, media and digital creators, around new partnerships between Africa and France.

Brook News's is a digital news creator with significant reach among Ethiopian online audiences. His participation gave visibility to the Summit and its topics reaching millions of young Ethiopians, which was one of the core objectives of Africa Forward.

Alongside Brook News, the Ethiopian delegation also included Kidus Yared, founder of Hasab AI, and Fanuel Leul, founder of Qedamawi Studio, reflecting the Summit’s focus on innovation and creative industries.

Our Embassy regularly engages with Ethiopian journalists and media professionals, as illustrated by our cooperation programs with the press and our commitment to working with Ethiopia’s media community.
