የትም ፍጪው ዱቄቱን አምጭው» የሚለው አባባል እና «ውጤት አልባ ሂደትና ጉንጭ አልፋ ክርክር» የሁለት ጽንፎች ሰለባዎች ናቸው። አንደኛው ሂደቱንና ሞራሉን ገድሎ ውጤት ብቻ ይሻል (የአቋራጭ አባዜ)፤ ሁለተኛው ደግሞ በባዶ ንግግርና በቢሮክራሲ ማዕበል ውስጥ አዙሪት ይፈጥራል።

እውነታው ያለው ግን ግባት፣ ሂደት እና ውጤትን በሰንሰለት ማያያዝ ሲቻል ብቻ ነው። ሲስተሙን በሙሉ ሳያዩ፣ የሂደቱን ጥራትና የግባቱን ጽኑነት ሳይመረምሩ የሚገኝ ውጤት እንደ ኳስን በውሃ ውስጥ እንዳለች ተጭኖ ለጌዜዉ መያዝ ሲሆን የያዘዉ እጅ ሲደክም እንደሚፈነጥር ፍንዳታ ጊዜያዊ መፍትሄ ነው።

ትልቁን ምስል ማየት ማለት ለግባት ትክክለኛ ዋጋ መስጠት፣ ለሂደት ታማኝ መሆን፣ ለውጤት ደግሞ ኃላፊነት መውሰድ ማለት ነው።

አቋራጭ ፈላጊነት እናቁም (እናውግዝ/እንቃወም); ብቁና ጥራት ያላቸው ሂደቶችንም እንፍጠር!
