ኤጀንሲዉ አዲስ የአገልግሎት አማራጭ ለተገልጋዮች አቀረበ!
የሲቪል ምዝገባ እና የነዋሪነት አገልግሎት ኤጀንሲ ለከተማዋ ነዋሪዎች የሚሰጠውን አገልግሎት ፈጣን ተደራሽ ምቹ ለማድረግ በየጊዜው ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ አማራጮችን እና አዳዲስ አሰራሮችን በመዘርጋት የእርስዎን አገልግሎት ፍላጎት በተሻለ ሁኔታ ለማሟላት፣ አዲስ የአገልግሎት አማራጭ አቅርበናል!
የደንበኞቹን እርካታ ለማሳደግ በሚያደረገው ያላሰለሰ ጥረት የኦንላይን አገልግሎት መስጠት ከሚችልበት ደረጃ ላይ ደርሷል፡፡
ውድ የከተማችን ነዋሪዎች ኤጀንሲው ባሉበት ሆነው በእጅ ስልክዎወይም ኮምፒዉተር በኦንላይን የነዋሪነት መታወቂያዎትን ከፋይዳ መታወቂያ ጋር ማስተሳሰር እንዲሁም አገልግሎት መጠየቅ የሚችሉበትን ደህረ ገፅ https://portal.aacrrsa.gov.et የአገልግሎት ጥያቄዎችን ማቅረብ እንደሚችሉ እገለፀ፤
አገልግሎት ጥያቄ ለማቅረብ እነዚህን ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች በማሟላት ባሉበት ሆነው ወረዳ በአካል መቅረብ ሳያስፈልግ ባሉበት ሆነዉ አገልግሎት ጠይቀዉ በፈለጉት ግዜ መጥተዉ መቀበል ይችላሉ፡፡
አገልግሎቱን ለማግኘት
1.የዲጂታል የነዋሪነት መታወቂያ ምዝገባ ቁጥር መጠቀም ይችላሉ ለምሳሌ፤- (AA0000000001) ያለው.
2. በመቀጠል “ከፋይዳ አገናኝ “ የሚለዉን በመንካት የፋይዳ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ጋር ማስተሳሰር ይጠበቃል፤
3.የነዋሪነት መታወቂያ ሲመዘገቡ የሰጡት መረጃ የፋይዳ መታወቂያ ሲመዘገቡ ከሰጡት መረጃ ጋር ልዩነት ካለዉ ትክክለኛ የሆነዉን መርጠዉ ማስረጃዎትን ልከዉ አገልግሎት ያግኙ፤
4. በመጨረሻ መጠየቅ የሚፈልጉትን አገልግሎት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ.
ክቡራን የከተማች ነዋሪዎችና ተገልጋዮች ከላይ የተቀመጡትን ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች በማሟላት የልደት፣የመታወቂያ እድሳት እንዲሁም ያላገባ አገልግሎት ባሉበት ሆነው በኦንላይን አገልግሎት ማግኘት እንደሚችሉ በአክብሮት እየገለፅን

The Agency Introduces a New Service Option for Customers!
The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency has introduced a new service option to better meet the needs of city residents. To make services faster, more accessible, and more convenient, the agency continuously adopts modern technologies and new working methods. As part of this effort, we are pleased to offer a new service option.
In its ongoing commitment to improving customer satisfaction, the agency has now reached a stage where it can provide services online.
Dear city residents,
The agency would like to inform you that you can now link your residency ID card with your Fayda Digital ID and request services online using your mobile phone or computer from wherever you are through the following https://portal.aacrrsa.gov.et
By meeting the requirements listed below, you can request services without having to visit your local woreda (district) office in person. You may then collect the requested service at a time convenient for you.
Requirements for Accessing the Service
1. Use your Digital Residency ID registration number, for example:
(AA0000000001).
2. Next, click “Link with Fayda” to connect your residency ID with your Fayda Digital ID.
If the information you provided when registering for your residency ID differs from the information you provided when registering for your Fayda ID, select the correct information and upload supporting documents to receive the service.
3. Finally, you can select and request the service you need.
