የኬንያ ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ከፍተኛ ልዑካን ቡድን በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት የተከናወኑ የሪፎርም እና የዲጂታላይዜሽን ሥራዎችን ጎበኙ

በኬንያ ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ዳኛ እና የጄሲኢ (JCE) ሰብሳቢ በሆኑት በክብርት ዳኛ ሱዛን ኞኪ ንዱንጉ የተመራው ከፍተኛ የልዑካን ቡድን በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ላለፉት ሦስት ተከታታይ ቀናት ሲያካሂድ የነበረውን የልምድ ልውውጥ መርሃ ግብር አጠናቋል።
የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ፕሬዚዳንት ክቡር አቶ ቴዎድሮስ ምህረት ለልዑካን ቡድኑ የእንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ መልዕክት ያስተላለፉ ሲሆን፤ መርሃ ግብሩ በሁለቱ አገራት የፍትሕ አካላት መካከል በዘርፉ ያሉ መልካም ተሞክሮዎችን ለመለዋወጥና ስትራቴጂካዊ አጋርነትን ለማጠናከር ከፍተኛ ፋይዳ እንዳለው ገልጸዋል።
ክቡር ፕሬዚዳንቱ አያይዘውም የዳኝነት ሥርዓቱን ለማዘመንና ተደራሽ ለማድረግ በተከናወኑ የዲጂታላይዜሽን ሥራዎች ሂደት ውስጥ በርካታ ጠቃሚ ትምህርቶች መወሰዳቸውን ለልዑካን ቡድኑ አስረድተዋል።
በቆይታቸው በተለይ በምርጫ ነክ ክርክሮች አፈታት ዙሪያ ያሉ ተሞክሮዎች ቀርበው ሰፊ ውይይት የተደረገባቸው ሲሆን፣ በፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ተግባራዊ እየተደረጉ የሚገኙ እና የሪፎርሙ አካል የሆኑት፤ የኢ-ኮርት (e-Court) ሲስተም፣ የበይነ-መረብ የክስ መዝገብ አስተዳደር ሥርዓት (ICMIS)፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ክስ ማቅረቢያ (e-Filing)፣ በአርቴፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ የታገዘ የቃለ-ጉባኤ ግልባጭ (AI Transcription) እና የበይነ-መረብ ችሎት (Vertual hearing) ሥርዓቶችን በተመለከተ ለልዑካን ቡድኑ ዝርዝር ገለጻ ተደርጎላቸዋል።
ልኡካኑ በተቋሙ የተሰሩ ዋና ዋና የሪፎርም ሥራዎችን በአካል የተመለከተ ሲሆን፤ በቅርቡ ሙሉ በሙሉ አገልግሎት መስጠት ይጀምራል ተብሎ የሚጠበቀውን የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት አዲስ ሁለገብ ሕንፃ ግንባታን ጨምሮ የተለያዩ የሥራ ክፍሎችን ጎብኝተዋል።
የልዑካን ቡድኑ አባላት በሰጡት አስተያየት በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት እየተሰሩ ያሉ የዳኝነት ሥርዓት ማሻሻያ እና የቴክኖሎጂ ትግበራ ሥራዎች እጅግ የሚደነቁ መሆናቸውን ገልጸው ለኬንያ የዳኝነት ሥርዓትም ትልቅ ልምድ ያገኙበት መድረክ መሆኑን አረጋግጠዋል።

Delegations from the Court of Kenya visit the ongoing reform initiatives at the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia.

A Kenyan delegation led by Supreme Court Justice and JCE Chairperson Honorable Lady Justice Susan Nyoki Ndungu concludes a three-day experience-sharing program at the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia.
Federal Supreme Court President His Excellency Tewodros Mehret welcomes the delegation, noting that the program plays a vital role in exchanging best practices and strengthening the strategic partnership between the judiciaries of the two countries.
During their stay, the delegation engages in extensive discussions on election-related dispute resolution practices. They also receive detailed briefings on the Federal Supreme Court's ongoing digitalization reforms, including the e-Court system, the Integrated Case Management Information System (ICMIS), electronic filing (e-Filing), AI-driven transcription, and virtual hearing systems.
The delegation observes key reform milestones firsthand and tours various departments, including the Federal Supreme Court’s new multipurpose building, which expects to begin full operations soon.
In their closing remarks, members of the delegation commend the judicial reform efforts and technological advancements underway at the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia, confirming that the platform provides valuable insights for Kenya's judicial system.
