📢 𝗔𝗬𝗨𝗗𝗔𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗟𝗔 𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢́𝗡 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗦 – 𝗗𝗜𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢́𝗡 𝗗𝗘 𝗠𝗔́𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
👉 La Diputación de Málaga ha publicado la convocatoria de ayudas económicas destinadas a la adecuación funcional de viviendas para personas con discapacidad o mayores de 65 años residentes 𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝟮𝟬.𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀.
✅ ¿𝗤𝘂𝗲́ 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻?
𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀, 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗮́𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗲:
* Sustitución de bañeras por platos de ducha.
* Instalación de suelos antideslizantes y barras de apoyo.
* Eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas.
* Adaptación de puertas y pasillos.
* Reformas de cocina y baño adaptadas.
* Mejoras en instalaciones eléctricas, gas o fontanería.
* Plataformas salvaescaleras y otras actuaciones de accesibilidad.
👥 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘀
𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗮́𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗱𝗮𝘀:
* Personas con discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33 %.
* Personas mayores de 65 años.
* Empadronadas desde hace al menos un año en municipios menores de 20.000 habitantes.
* Con ingresos familiares no superiores a 25.000 € anuales.
💶 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗱𝗮
La subvención podrá alcanzar hasta 4.000 euros por vivienda.
📅 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱
El plazo de presentación será de un mes desde la publicación oficial en el BOP de Málaga.
Por tanto, el plazo finaliza el 8 de junio de 2026.
📍 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀
Las solicitudes podrán presentarse de forma telemática o presencial, acompañadas de la documentación requerida (DNI, empadronamiento, presupuesto de obra, acreditación de discapacidad o edad, declaración de renta, etc.).

📢 SUPPORT FOR FUNCTIONAL HOUSING ADJUSTMENT – DISTRIBUTION MALAGA 2026
👉 The Malaga Provincial Council has published the call for applications for financial aid for the functional adaptation of homes for people with disabilities or those over 65 years of age residing in municipalities less than 20,000. Habitants.
✅ What updates are uploaded?
Among others, the following may be completed:
* Replacement of bathtubs with shower trays.
* Installation of non-slip flooring and grab bars.
* Removal of architectural barriers.
* Adaptation of doors and hallways.
* Adapted kitchen and bathroom renovations.
* Improvements to electrical, gas, or plumbing installations.
* Stairlifts and other accessibility measures.
👥 Beneficiary People
Can request these services:
* People with a recognized disability of 33% or more.
* People over 65 years of age.
* Registered residents for at least one year in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants.
* With a family income not exceeding €25,000 per year.
💶 Importance of the aid
The subsidy may reach up to €4,000 per household.
📅 Application period
The application period will be one month from the official publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Málaga (BOP).
Therefore, the deadline is June 8, 2026.
📍 Application Submission
Applications may be submitted electronically or in person, accompanied by the required documentation (ID, proof of address, construction budget, disability or age accreditation, income tax return, etc.).
