¡Buenos días! Hoy tenemos un nuevo día soleado.
Recordamos que el horario de piscina es de: 10 a 15h y de 17 a 22h. (No debe haber nadie en la piscina entre las 15 y 17h)
A demás, es imprescindible seguir las recomendaciones higiénico sanitarias indicadas en varios lugares de la piscina y adjuntas a esta publicación.
Y MUY IMPORTANTE, si tienes el pelo largo, por favor, recógetelo!

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH There is a group of burglars breaking into houses around Gran Alacant. They tend to target empty homes and wait until after dark when most of the neighbours are inside so they can work unobserved. Their MO is use a car jack to open the security bars to gain access to the house. Once inside, they quickly take any jewellery, cash or other valuables. Lock your doors and windows when leaving. Consider investing in an alarm system. If you are planning to go out of town, use timers to turn on lights or play the radio while you are away. Do not publish your travel plans on social media. Neighbours can help make our community safer by keeping an eye on each other's property. If you see anything suspicious call the police at 112.

Hay un grupo de ladrones entrando casas en Gran Alacant. Tienden a centrarse en casas vacías y esperar hasta la noche, cuando la mayoría de los vecinos están dentro de sus casas para trabajar sin estar observado. Su modus operandi es utilizar un gato del coche para abrir las rejas de seguridad para acceder a la casa. Una vez dentro, cogen las joyas, dinero en efectivo u otros objetos de valor. Utilice las cerraduras en sus puertas y ventanas al salir. Estudiar la posibilidad de invertir en un sistema de alarma. Si va de viaje, utilice los temporizadores para encender las luces o la radio mientras esté ausente. No publique sus planes de viaje en redes sociales. Los vecinos pueden ayudar a que nuestra comunidad sea más segura, manteniendo un ojo en la propiedad de los demás. Si ves algo sospechoso, llame a la policía al 112.

Debido a un corte las puertas electricas no funcionan esta mañana. Puedes salir por la comunidad vecina Sol y Mar. Hay una puerta no eléctrica que da a Avenida de Polonia

I am the owner of property 656-22 on Monte y Mar 4.4.2 A. and I am also vice president with four others on this block.

I have recently returned from the UK and was disappointed to see the deterioration of the paintwork and walls, both inside and outside the pool area. Also the floor area surrounding the pool.

I have spoken to Luis Peñalver who is on the four vice presidents of our block.

We have spoken to Laura who was president for a short time. While in that position, Laura started a page that the owners could contact the committee or other owners about things that concern them, which I think is excellent. The page is Urbanization Monte Vista Monte y Mar 442A. So owners, please use it to voice your opinions.

Luis and I have also spoke to Bernard who is once again our president and Asun who Works in admin on our behalf. Following are some things brought up in our conversations:
1. It has been suggested that the general meeting be moved to the beginning of the year Jan/Feb if we do this it will make it easier to implement anything that is passed at the general meeting by the summer.
2. Post Boxes. We have been told that this has been costed and is planned to start soon. Admin Asun and Bernard
3. The one way system has been put on hold. Three mirrors have been installed on a six month trial. Bernard President
4. Rubber matting for the pool area. This being looked at because the florring around the pool is breaking up and we are trying to find a cost effective way of prolonging the life of it. Cost and timing. Admin Asun
5. Wall cladding for pol and garden area. Yet to be discussed. Admin Asun and Bernard.
6. Painting of yellow paint for properties. Costing and timing. Admin Asun and Bernard
7. Some residents are complaining of the dog mess that is appearing in small gardens between the blocks and lack of signs telling residents not to allow dogs there. Signs have been ordered and will be up ASAP. Admin Asun and Bernard
8. Long term, suggestions for improvement to gardens and pool area. ???
