En Oviedo 2031 lanzamos la convocatoria del proyecto de mediaciรณn artรญstica ๐๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐งฬƒ๐š๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐š ๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ.

Este proyecto conectarรก a artistas de Asturias con centros educativos del municipio de Oviedo durante el curso 2026-2027.

El alumnado que forme parte de ๐๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐งฬƒ๐š๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐š ๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ participarรก en todo el proceso, no como pรบblico, sino como parte activa de las propuestas.

La ๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ, concepto central de la candidatura de Oviedo 2031, serรก el punto de partida. Entendida como algo que va mรกs allรก de ser amable, plantea cuestiones relacionadas con la escucha, el diรกlogo, el cuidado, la convivencia, la diversidad o la forma en que nos relacionamos con los demรกs y con nuestro entorno.

La convocatoria contempla un presupuesto mรกximo de 3.000 euros por artista.

At Oviedo 2031, we are launching an open call for the artistic mediation project ๐๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐งฬƒ๐š๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐š ๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ.
This project will connect artists from Asturias with schools in the municipality of Oviedo during the 2026โ€“2027 academic year.

Students taking part in ๐๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐งฬƒ๐š๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐š ๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ will be involved throughout the entire process, not as an audience, but as active participants in the proposals.

๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ, a central concept of the Oviedo 2031 bid, will be the starting point. Understood as something that goes beyond simply being kind, it raises questions related to listening, dialogue, care, coexistence, diversity and the way we relate to others and to our surroundings.

The call provides for a maximum budget of โ‚ฌ3,000 per artist.

La ๐€๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐šฬ, conceutu central de la candidatura dโ€™Oviedo 2031, va ser el puntu de partida. Entendida como daquรฉ que va mรกs allรก de ser amable, plantea cuestiones rellacionaes cola escucha, el diรกlogu, el cuidรกu, la convivencia, la diversidรก o la manera na que nos rellacionamos colos demรกs y col nuesu entornu.

La convocatoria contempla un presupuestu mรกximu de 3.000 euros por artista.

La cuarta cita de ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐žฬ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฌ nos ha llevado al barrio de Ventanielles y aquรญ, en la Plaza de Pierre Coubertin, hemos recibido preguntas y dudas sobre nuestra candidatura a Capital Europea de la Cultura.

En esta cita de ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐žฬ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฌ hemos recibido las reivindicaciones de vecinos del distrito este que nos hablaron de las desigualdades que a veces existen entre los barrios en cuanto a espacios culturales. Y esta es una de las cuestiones mรกs importantes en nuestra candidatura: creemos en el poder transformador de la cultura para cambiar las ciudades y conseguir mรกs igualdad. Han sido muy interesantes todas sus aportaciones.

The fourth ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐žฬ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฌ gathering has taken us to the Ventanielles neighbourhood, where, in Pierre Coubertin Square, we received questions and heard concerns about our bid to become European Capital of Culture.

At this ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐žฬ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฌ gathering, residents from the eastern district shared their concerns about the inequalities that sometimes exist between neighbourhoods when it comes to cultural spaces. And this is one of the most important issues addressed by our bid: we believe in the transformative power of culture to change cities and create greater equality. All their contributions have been extremely interesting and valuable.

Desde Grandota, con la ciudad entera abajo, abrazada por el Naranco, el eclipse llegรณ por debajo de las nubes y lo que hizo fue pintar: azules profundos, grises de tormenta que no era tormenta, y ese rojizo del atardecer apareciendo en trescientos sesenta grados, por todos lados a la vez, como si el horizonte no supiera hacia dรณnde ponerse.

Somos una tierra pegada a lo rural, y el Naranco es nuestro monte totรฉmico: el que se ve desde todas partes, el que ordena el paisaje, el que estaba ahรญ antes de que hubiera ciudad. Y la tarde del 12 de agosto se fue borrando despacio detrรกs de las nubes, y volviรณ.

From Grandota, with the whole city below, embraced by Mount Naranco, the eclipse arrived beneath the clouds and what it did was paint: deep blues, storm greys from a storm that wasnโ€™t there, and that reddish glow of sunset appearing in every direction, all 360 degrees at once, as if the horizon didnโ€™t know which way to turn.

We are a land deeply connected to the rural world, and Naranco is our totemic mountain: the one you can see from everywhere, the one that shapes the landscape, the one that was there before there was a city. And on the afternoon of 12 August, it slowly faded away behind the cloudsโ€ฆ and returned.
