🤝 MINDFUL PATHWAYS

Training Course on Wellbeing Tools for Youth Work
30 June – 8 July 2025 | Aparan, Armenia

We’re happy to share Mindful Pathways, a heartfelt Erasmus+ training course created and hosted by with Proyecto Nagual as a sending organisation.

Together with youth workers, educators and young leaders from Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia, we explored creative and embodied tools to support mental health, emotional balance and resilience in youth work.

Through Mindfulness, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais, meditation, movement, nature-based methods and community life, participants cultivated presence, awareness and connection.

A week full of depth, joy and renewal 🌿

Curso de formación en herramientas de bienestar para el trabajo con jóvenes

Nos alegra compartir Caminos de Conciencia Plena, un hermoso curso de formación Erasmus+ creado y coordinado por en el que Proyecto Nagual participó como organización de envío.

Junto a trabajadores/as juveniles, educadores y líderes jóvenes de Eslovaquia, Italia, España, Portugal, Grecia, Ucrania, Georgia y Armenia, exploramos herramientas corporales y creativas para fortalecer la salud mental, el equilibrio emocional y la resiliencia en el trabajo con jóvenes.

A través de Mindfulness, Body-Mind Centering, método Feldenkrais, meditación, movimiento, prácticas en la naturaleza y vida en comunidad, los participantes cultivaron presencia, conciencia y conexión.

Una semana profunda, llena de alegría, descanso y renovación 💚

Ancient Futures Erasmus+ Training Course
September 2025, Sanilles

A journey into collective and personal myths. Into the stories we tell, the ones we keep, the ones we once learned and later had to unlearn, and the ones we carry deep within us, moving them through our bones, joints, breath, and fluids.

This gathering arises from the urgency of our times, affirming that self- and social-awareness can be rooted in community, art, science, and nature.

A diverse group of 24 participants unfolded their processes in a passage toward a pedagogy of presence—where ancient knowledge created space and hope for future possibilities, both collective and individual. A space where each voice, gesture, movement, touch, and silence revealed the fragile yet powerful qualities of human connection.

The genocide of the Palestinian people by the State of Israel is unacceptable, and we, as civil society people and organizations must rise to stop it.

We must stop it because of the scale and brutality of human suffering it is generating, massacring, starving, torturing, and annihilating an innocent and defenseless people, including children, pregnant women, the sick and humanitarian workers.

We must stop it because this is not only the suffering of one people, but the suffering of humanity itself, which feels the unbearable pain of seeing a brotherly people endure such horror.

We must stop it because we cannot normalize genocide, torture, famine, and the cold-blooded murder of children and civilians. These are the very foundations of imperialism and fascism that seek to reshape this world through fear and destruction.

We must stop the genocide for the dignified future of the Palestinian people, the dignified future of all oppressed peoples, the dignified future of humanity, who longs to live in love, peace, and justice, and the dignified future of this planet that gives us life and to which we owe so much.

Organisations like ours, which work for social change, must stand with Gaza and with the whole of Palestine. We, as Proyecto Nagual, will follow what many other organisations and activists are already doing, taking action in whichever ways possible for stopping this genocide and keep on building a world based in social justice, ecological responsibility and true awareness of what life is

Our project coordinator, F***y, represented MPAS (Art for the Prevention of Mental Health Problems) 🎭🧠 – co-funded by Creative Europe 🇪🇺 at the Grant Holders Meeting in Brussels 🇧🇪.

She learned about the importance of creating a real impact on local communities 👥💡 and how to better organise and coordinate projects effectively 📊✅.

It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas with fellow coordinators and organisations across Europe 🌍✨ and see how, together, we can make diverse and inspiring projects happen 🚀🎶.

🌿✨ Ancient Futures Training Course
Approaching social ecology through somatics, myths and storytelling
We are living through a civilizational crisis — ecological, social, psychological — that calls for a new story of the future.
Since the Great Flood, myths have helped us make sense of life. Today, storytelling, embodiment and social ecology can guide us in remembering how to live in balance again.
Through somatic education, mythology, movement, narrative therapy and ecopsychology, Ancient Futures offers holistic training for youth workers and change-makers:

🤝 Fostering ecological social resilience
🌀 Cultivating balance in between body, mind, community and nature
