TIMETABLE FOR EASTER WEEK/ SEMANA SANTA

Office will remain closed NEXT WEEK on Thursday the 2nd and Friday the 3rd of April due to Semana Santa (Easter week) holidays and in Wednesday 1st of April office will remain open until 12:00. To sum up, the timetible will be as follows:

ATTENTION

We have been told from the Embassy that today, 19th March, is Saint Joseph holiday in the Philippines, meaning that Marbella office will remain closed due to official Philippines holidays.

Next Thursday 19th of March, Consul Rosa will be in the office in Marbella, to listen to the problems of Filipinos and Filipino community in Costa del Sol.

Also,the lawyer in colaboration with the Consulate, specialist in international issues such as nationality or residence will be attending clients every Thursday on in Marbella office in case you have any legal inquiries.

The Consulate WILL NOT BE OPEN tomorrow 12th of March in Malag and neither in Marbella due to a meeting in the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Philippines in Madrid.

FOR THOSE WHO RENEWED THEIR PASSPORTS LAST NOVEMBER:

Good morning all. We are receiving several call asking for their new passports since the renewal took place in Málaga last November. Regarding this we have to say that the Consulate does not offer the service of bringing them from Madrid. That has to be done by the passport owner, whether sending a delivery service, a trust person or himself or herself bringing the old passport together with the receipt. The Consulate does not bring new passports from Madrid.

PASSPORT RENEWAL

If you are in need of renewing your passport, the Philippine Embassy in Madrid is making a Consular Mission Outreach in MALAGA on SEPTEMBER. If you wish to renew your passport then, please download and fill the application form attached below and bring it to the Consulate, so we can make a list with all the applicants.

(If you need to renew the passport BEFORE September, it will have to be made entirely in Madrid)
