We, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 24-Rizal, would like to thank all the people behind the success of the "Padaraplusan sa Rizal 2023" Basketball and Volleyball Tournament.
We faced so many struggles to start this tournament, but we conquered them all because of all the people who were always there to support us, helped us, and continue to help us.

To the Provincial Government of Albay, headed by our Gov. Edcel Grex Lagman, BHW Partylist Cong Christopher Co, and Mam Jessica Co, for giving us sports equipment like balls and nets. Also to PYSDO, headed by Mr. Rhondon Ricafort, for giving us medals and trophies.
To the Barangay Council of Barangay 24-Rizal, headed by Ricardo Abunda.
To all the players who participated in our Basketball and Volleyball tournaments, thank you so much. You all give us unity, great camaraderie, and sportsmanship.
This may be our last term for Sangguniang Kabataan, but we will never sign off. Your Ate Gang, Ate Bern, Ate Ella, Kuya Nins, Kuya Cha Chan, and Ate Megz will always be here to help all of you. Of course, to the former SK Chairman, Mark Dave Abella, thank you so much.

Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 24-Rizal (2018–2023) will always put a smile on your faces. Thank you for believing in what we can do to create progressive events and activities.
To the successor or to the next SK Council, bear in mind that you have a great responsibility to be an agent of change.
