With grateful hearts, we warmly invite you to celebrate with us the Solemnity of the Holy Trinity and the 4th Anniversary of the Pamayanang Katolikong Pilipino here in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria!
This celebration will also be very special for me as I thank God for my 29th Anniversary in the Priesthood. Together, let us gather as one Filipino Catholic family in prayer, thanksgiving, and joyful fellowship.

The Consulate and the entire Filipino community in the Canary Islands lament the loss of an exemplary public servant. Consul Eric was very personable and a pleasure to work with. We carried out numerous missions in the Canary Islands, led by Sir Eric, including mapping missions, onboard ships OAV missions, and consular outreach missions in Lanzarote, Tenerife, and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Sir, we are honored to have met and worked with you. We are incredibly grateful for your service and humility. We send our prayers and sympathies to your entire family and friends. You will be missed and respectfully remembered.

Maraming maraming Salamat Po Consul Eric P. Valenzuela!

The Consular Corps accredited in the province of Las Palmas celebrated Consul's Day on Thursday with a solemn ceremony at the headquarters of Casa África, on the occasion of the anniversary of the 1963 Vienna Convention, an international treaty that regulates the functions and rights of consulates around the world.

Consul General Hamoy graced us with their presence. Team Philippines, headed by the amazing Consul Pilar Lopez, shared some of our most delectable native treats and Filipino savory favorites, Pancit Guisado and Lumpia. It was a fantastic showcase of our culture and hospitality. We are proud to represent such a vibrant community. Definitely a memorable gathering!
