ACTUALIZACIÓN INCENDIO

Nos comunican que el incendio ha pasado a ESTABILIZADO a las 19.30 horas.

Desciende a fase preemergencia con situación operativa 0. Se sigue trabajando con labores de control.

Los vecinos de Montemayor y Benahavís Hills ya pueden volver a sus casas.

Agradecemos enormemente la gran labor de los servicios de emergencias (INFOCA, emergencias 112, bomberos), cuerpos de seguridad (Guardia Civil, Policía Local), Protección Civil, Aguas de Benahavís, Hidralia, servicios operativos y todos los que de una u otra forma han colaborado en la estabilización de este incendio.

Rogamos igualmente que se informen solo a través de fuentes oficiales para evitar malentendidos y la difusión de información incorrecta.



WILDFIRE UPDATE

We have been informed that the wildfire was declared STABILISED at 7.30 pm.

The emergency level has been downgraded to the pre-emergency phase, Operational Situation 0. Crews are continuing to carry out monitoring and control operations.

Residents of Montemayor and Benahavís Hills may now return to their homes.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the tremendous work carried out by the emergency services (INFOCA, 112 Emergency Services and the fire brigade), the security forces (Guardia Civil and Local Police), Civil Protection, Aguas de Benahavís, Hidralia, municipal operational services, and everyone who, in one way or another, has helped bring this wildfire under control.

We also ask everyone to obtain information only from official sources in order to avoid misunderstandings and the spread of incorrect information.

Las entradas se recogerán en el Estadio La Rosaleda, previa identificación mediante DNI o NIE en vigor.
Si se necesita realizar un cambio en la titularidad de alguna de las entradas o la persona premiada desea renunciar al premio, deberá comunicarlo con una antelación mínima de 48 horas, a través del correo electrónico indicado en la comunicación de confirmación del sorteo.

⚠️ IMPORTANTE: En caso de que la persona premiada no recoja las entradas en el plazo o lugar establecido, estas no serán reasignadas ni entregadas a otra persona.

VUELTA CICLISTA A ESPAÑA

Hoy la etapa de La Vuelta 2026 pasará por nuestro término municipal en la zona de Carretera de Ronda.

Desde las 13.51h que estarán en la A-397 hasta las 15.16h que se incorporarán a la A-7 desde San Pedro de Alcántara dirección Estepona, habrá cortes puntuales de tráfico tanto en la citada Carretera de Ronda como en la A-7, por lo que informamos para que lo tengan en consideración ante posibles desplazamientos.



LA VUELTA A ESPAÑA

Today, the 2026 La Vuelta stage will pass through our municipality in the Ronda Road area.

From 13:51, when the race will be travelling along the A-397, until 15:16, when it will join the A-7 from San Pedro de Alcántara towards Estepona, temporary traffic restrictions will be in place on both the Ronda Road and the A-7.

BENAHAVÍS CON JULIA

Este fin de semana tenemos una cita muy especial. Julia López representa a Europa en uno de los grandes acontecimientos del golf femenino mundial.

Nuestra vecina disputará del 11 al 13 de septiembre la Solheim Cup 2026, en Bernardus Golf, en Países Bajos, donde Europa se enfrentará a Estados Unidos.

Con tan solo 23 años, Julia afronta uno de los mayores retos de su carrera después de una trayectoria que habla por sí sola. Antes de dar el salto a la categoría, alcanzó el número 1 del mundo amateur, y hoy sigue demostrando su talento y su enorme proyección en la élite del golf.

Pero este fin de semana no estará sola.
Desde Benahavís queremos hacerle llegar todo nuestro cariño, nuestra fuerza y nuestro ánimo. Porque cada golpe, cada hoyo y cada momento de esta Solheim Cup lo viviremos también con ella.

Our local golfer will compete in the 2026 Solheim Cup from 11 to 13 September at Bernardus Golf in the Netherlands, where Europe will take on the United States.

At just 23 years old, Julia is taking on one of the biggest challenges of her career, following a journey that speaks for itself. Before turning professional, she reached World Amateur No. 1, and today she continues to showcase her talent and enormous potential at the highest level of the game.

But this weekend, she won’t be alone.
