🐒 Ens reconeixem en la seva mirada. En els seus vincles, en el joc, en la manera com es relacionen i es protegeixen.
Avui, Dia Internacional dels Primats, volem mirar-los una mica més de prop i recordar tot el que podem fer per preservar-los.
Des del Zoo col·laborem amb la Borneo Nature Foundation, SOS Primates, West African Primate Conservation Action i Limbe Wildlife Centre, quatre organitzacions que fan una feina imprescindible per conservar els primats i els seus hàbitats: protegint les selves, rescatant i rehabilitant animals, investigant, educant i treballant amb les comunitats locals.
A totes elles, gràcies per fer possible que la conservació sigui una realitat. 💚
I vosaltres? També hi podeu fer molt. Informar-vos, consumir de manera responsable i donar suport als projectes que treballen per protegir-la.
🌱 Perquè protegir els primats és protegir els boscos, la biodiversitat i el futur de tots.
📅 Diumenge 6 de setembre, us esperem al Zoo per compartir aquest dia especial, amb activitats diverses al voltant dels primats i els estands de SOS Primates i BNF.

🐒 We see ourselves reflected in their eyes. In their bonds, their playfulness, and the way they connect with and protect one another.
Today, on International Primate Day, we want to take a closer look at them and remember everything we can do to help protect them.
At Barcelona Zoo, we collaborate with Borneo Nature Foundation, SOS Primates, WAPCA, and Limbe Wildlife Centre, four organizations doing essential work to conserve primates and their habitats: protecting rainforests, rescuing and rehabilitating animals, conducting research, educating, and working alongside local communities.
To all of them, thank you for making conservation a reality. 💚
