🌍Annual retreat of the Computational Earth Sciences group in ⛰️Montserrat mountain: two days of learning, collaboration, and meaningful conversations outside our usual work environment.
💡 Through workshops on scientific storytelling, communication, and networking, we explored new ways to share our work, connect with others, and strengthen how we collaborate as a team.
🧠 The retreat also included a friendly competition to test our knowledge of , the group, and Earth Sciences in general.
A fun challenge that sparked curiosity, teamwork, and a few surprises along the way.
