Session Description:
Building on the first session in the pathway for elevating digital projects innovation, we are focusing in this second session on the business model. No matter how innovative is your idea, it needs to be analyzed, framed and planned in such a way to lead to a solid business. Being digital and leveraging even the most advanced digital technologies is no enough although is key success factor. Using example use cases, we are going to dive deeper in those aspects and tools related to the business pillar formulating a clear business model to initiate your digital project on sounding basis. At the same time get ready for technology and operations enablement.
Speaker's Bio:
Prof. Arafat is an experienced Technology Strategist, Agile Enterprise/AI Architect, Programs Director, Startups Mentor, and Full Professor of Practice with 28+ years of hands-on experience.
He has led or contributed to 100s of digital transformation projects for enterprise customers and 80+ startups across 52+ countries, spanning utilities, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, finance, and more.
