تأتي هذه الجلسة ضمن سلسلة البرامج التدريبية التي تقدمها المبادرة الوطنية للمشروعات الخضراء الذكية بالتعاون مع الوزارات والجهات الشريكة لرفع الوعي وبناء قدرات الكوادر المختلفة بجميع محافظات مصر.
📍 عن المتحدث
رانيا مرزوق، خبيرة اقتصادية ومدربة معتمدة في مجال ريادة الأعمال والاقتصاد التنموي، تمتلك خبرة تزيد عن 20 عامًا في تيسير بيئة الاستثمار ودعم رواد الأعمال والشركات الناشئة في مصر.
حاصلة على بكالوريوس الاقتصاد من كلية الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية بجامعة القاهرة، كما حصلت على درجة ماجستير الاقتصاد من معهد البحوث والدراسات العربية بجامعة الدول العربية من خلال تقديم رسالة بعنوان “أثر مشروعات ريادة الأعمال على زيادة الاستثمارات بالتطبيق على قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات". كما حصلت أيضا على درجة ماجستير إدارة الأعمال الحكومية من جامعة ESLSCA الفرنسية ضمن منحة وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي لبرنامج إعداد وتأهيل القيادات الحكومية بالجهاز الإداري للدولة. وأيضا دبلوم الدراسات المتخصصة في مجال ريادة الأعمال من الجامعة الألمانية بالقاهرةGUC)).
تعمل حاليًا كمرشدة متخصصة في دراسات الجدوى بمركز فكرتك شركتك التابع للهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة، حيث تقود عمليات الإرشاد الفني لدعم رواد الأعمال وأصحاب الأفكار المبتكرة لتحويل أفكارهم إلى نماذج أعمال لتصبح مشروعات قابلة للتنفيذ والتوسع، مع تقديم الدعم الاستشاري في التراخيص، التصاريح، ومتطلبات التشغيل والإنتاج. بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في البحوث وتنسيق السياسات التي تهدف إلى وضع أفضل الممارسات والأطر التي تعزز وتقوّي منظومة ريادة الأعمال لرواد الأعمال والشركات الناشئة.
كما تتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO) كمدربة معتمدة، لتصميم وتقديم برامج تمكّن الشركات الناشئة
من تبنّي الممارسات المسؤولة والاستدامة وفق المعايير الدولية، بما يعزز جاهزيتها التمويلية وقدرتها على النمو والتوسع.
Rania Marzouk, An economic expert and certified trainer in entrepreneurship and development economics, she has over 20 years of experience in facilitating the investment environment and supporting entrepreneurs and start-ups in Egypt.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. She also earned a Master’s degree in Economics from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies, League of Arab States, with a thesis entitled “The Impact of Entrepreneurship Projects on Increasing Investments: Applied to the Communications and Information Technology Sector”. In addition, she obtained a Master’s degree in Governmental Business Administration from ESLSCA University, France, through the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation’s Youth Leaders Qualification Program for Governmental Leadership. She also holds a Specialized Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the German University in Cairo (GUC).
Rania currently directs as Senior Feasibility Studies Mentor at the Fekretak Sherketak Center, under the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, where she provides strategic leadership and is specialized in delivering support, guidance, and advisory services to entrepreneurs and innovators, helping them transform ideas into scalable, investment-ready business models.
She oversees the development of comprehensive feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, and operational excellence. She also advises on regulatory compliance, licensing, and operational requirements. In addition to working on research, policy coordination that establish best practices and frameworks that strengthen and enhance the entrepreneurship ecosystem for entrepreneurs and start-ups.
She also collaborates with the International Labour Organization (ILO) as a certified trainer, designing and delivering programs that empower start-ups to adopt responsible business practices and sustainability in line with international standards, enhancing their investment readiness and capacity for growth and expansion.
