Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager.

Alia is a 5-stars Conference and Parties Hall. Scheduled to start Business next June 2024.
Job Description:
• Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
• Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
• Achieve the annual sales Target quota for renting the Hall defined by the company CEO and accepted by the Sales Manager candidate.
• Prior experience in the Area of Riyadh will be our best choice.
• Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
• Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets.
• Hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Setting individual sales targets for team members.
• Coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting necessary results.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as sales Manager, in the Hospitality Industry or relevant role with minimum EXP 10 years.
• Fluent in Arabic & English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Well aquented with Riyadh market.
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management.
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field.
