للغروب قدسيته وروعة أثره في النفس..
يتوقف بنا الزمن ونحن نشاهد تلك السحب الركامية الضخمة السابحة بعيدًا، مزهوة بألوان الغروب الجميلة، معلنةً عن بدء عاصفة ممطرة تتخفف فيها من المياة المحمّلة بداخلها.

Sunsets never fail to capture our souls. Silence prevails and the time ceases while we contemplate this magnificent scenery of Cumulus congestus clouds, reflecting the sunset colors.. only minutes before a rainy thunder storm begins.

تتألق السماء في منظر بهيّ وقت غروب الشمس، حيث تخترق آشعتها الذهبية أطراف السحب الركامية المتفرقة في السماء.. وينضم للمشهد مياة النيل فيزداد المنظر جمالًا وسحرًا.

لو نظرت لأعلى فوجدت السماء مليئة بالسحب التي تشبه قطع من الصوف الناعم المنثور في الأفق، ففي الأغلب تلك السحب هي من نوع السحب الركامية المتوسطة التي تتكون على ارتفاع بين ٢٠٠٠ - ٧٠٠٠ متر فوق سطح الأرض. وتسمى بالسحب الركامية المتوسطة لأنها تتكون في الأصل من قطعٍ من السحب الركامية ولكنها تتشكل على ارتفاع متوسط في السماء.

يمكننا تمييز ذلك النوع من السحاب من حجم القطع الركامية التي تتشكل منها طبقة السحاب، فهي عادةً تكون في حجم إصبع الإبهام إذا رفعناه لأعلى السماء.

If you stumble upon a layer of clouds that looks like sheep wool scattered all over the horizon, then you’re probably looking at an Altocumulus layer of clouds. Altocumulus clouds are made of cumulus cloudlets that are collected together at mid-level attitude in the sky, about 2000-7000 meters above ground.

We can identify these forms of clouds by simply raising our thumbs vertically up towards the sky. If the cloudlets are in the size of the thumb, then it’s an altocumulus cloud.

منظر السماء وقت الغروب من المناظر الطبيعية الخلابة التي ينتظرها الكثير من الناس في شوقٍ وترقّب.

في الصورة، تتألق السحب السمحاقية التي تتكوّن على ارتفاع يفوق ال٥٠٠٠ متر فوق سطح الأرض بأشكالها التي تشبه جديلات الشعر، وتزين المشهد بدرجات ألوان الغروب المختلفة، من الذهبي إلى الأحمر، لتبعث في النفس مشاعر الدفء والجمال.

Sunsets are among the most fascinating nature scenes that many of us anticipate to watch and gaze at.

The photo displays the beautiful Cirrus clouds that normally form over 5000 meters high and appear in a hair-like appearance. These clouds are known for their spectacular colors during sunsets, where they take up the different grades of sunset colors from golden yellow to red, filling our souls with a sense of warmth and amazement.

عندنا نحلق في السماء على ارتفاعات شاهقة، نتمكن من رؤية الطبقات المختلفة للسحب في آنٍ واحد.

الصورة أُخذت من طائرةٍ محلّقة بين طبقتي السحب الركامية الطبقية المنخفضة والسحب الطبقية المتوسطة. وفي أقصى الشرق، يشع نور الشمس وينعكس ضوؤه الذهبي على الطبقات السميكة من السحاب، معلنًا عن بداية يوم جديد.

We can spot the different layers of clouds all at once when we get to fly at high altitudes, something we don’t usually experience when we’re on the ground.

The picture is taken from a plane flying between two cloud layers; the low-level Stratocumulus and the mid-level Altocumulus cloud layers. With the sun rising in the far east and spreading out its golden sun rays, the dense cloud layers reflect some of those rays and create a beautiful scenery in the beginning of a new day.

هي من أكثر السحب جمالاً وأعلاها ارتفاعًا..

السحب السمحاقية تتميّز بشكلها الخلّاب، فهي تتكوّن على ارتفاعٍ يفوق ال٥٠٠٠ متر فوق سطح الأرض. ولذلك، فسرعة الريح المتزايدة في الارتفاعات العليا من السماء تجعل السحب المتكوّنة تظهر بهذا الشكل الممشوط مثل خصلات الشعر.

Cirrus clouds are the highest of all cloud formations, and for sure, they are among the most magnificent as well.

These clouds are formed at heights over 5000 meters above ground. At such high altitudes, the speed of the wind is high, and therefore, the clouds take the characteristic hair-like appearance high in the sky.

دومًا ما نندهش لسحر جمال السماء وقت الغروب، حين تشع آشعة الشمس الأخيرة وتنير السماء بوهجٍ ساحر قبل اختفائها في الأفق بعد الغروب.

في الصورة، نرى طبقةٍ من السحب الركامية المتوسطة متوهجةً بألوان آشعة الشمس الذهبية والحمراء بدرجاتها المختلفة. تلك السحب تتكوّن على ارتفاعات بين ٢٠٠٠ - ٦٠٠٠ متر فوق سطح الأرض.

ومن التكوينات المميزة التي تظهر في الصورة، هو ما يظهر في أسفل طبقة السحب من فجوات منتظمة بين قطع السحب تشبه خلية النحل، ولذلك يطلق على هذا الشكل من السحب "lacunosus”، وتعني "ذات الفجوات" باللغة اللاتينية.

Sunsets are among the most beautiful and breathtaking sceneries in the sky, with the sun sending out its final rays before disappearing in the horizon.

The picture displays a layer of golden-red Altocumulus clouds spreading all over the sky and creating a fire-like glow in the sunset sky.

These forms of mid-level clouds appear at heights between 2000-6000 meters above ground. What is special about this formation though, the appearance of regular gaps between the clouds creating a net-like shape or a resemblance to a honeycomb. These cloud varieties are called “lacunosus”.

‎فُتحَتْ المساجد اليوم..
‎وبهذه المناسبة، نطلُّ عليكم بصورة لمسجد من أقدس وأحب المساجد لقلوب المسلمين..

‎مسجد قُباء.. أول مسجدٍ بُني في الإسلام، وكان ذلك عندما وصل رسول الله (ص) إلى المدينة المنوّرة مهاجراً من مكّة، فقام بوضع أول حجر فيه ليصلي ويجتمع فيه المسلمين.. مهاجرين وأنصار.
‎وقيل أنه المسجد الذي أثنى الله عليه في الآية الكريمة من سورة التوبة: “لَّمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَىٰ مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِ ۚ فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُوا ۚ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ”.

‎في الصورة مشهد لنوع من السحب قليل الحدوث يسمى بالسحب السمحاقية الركامية. تتكون تلك السحب الخلابة على ارتفاع يفوق ال٥٠٠٠ متر فوق سطح الأرض، وأكثر ما يميزها هو الحبيبات الصغيرة من السحب الركامية التي تشكل الطبقة العالية الممتدة في عرض السماء.

Today is a special day in Egypt! Egyptians are celebrating the opening of mosques today after a long closure due to the pandemic. And on this happy day, we share a picture of one of the most sacred and beloved mosques to Muslims, Quba Mosque. It is the first mosque ever built in Islam, and it was built in the beloved holy city of Madinah, where the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) later spent the rest of his life.

The picture displays the beauty of the white Quba Mosque beneath a bright white sheet of Cirrocumulus clouds. These clouds are considered a rare cloud formation. They are formed at a height of 5000 meters or more, and they are characterized by the tiny cloudlets that constitute the whole of the cloud layer covering the majority of the blue sky.

من أشهر وألطف أنواع السحب هي السحب الركامية التي تشبه قطع القطن البيضاء سابحةً في السماء ببطء وجمال😊

تتكوّن السحب الركامية على ارتفاعات منخفضة من سطح الأرض وتظهر عادًة خلال النهار قبل أن تبدأ في التبخر والتحوّل قرب آخر اليوم.

Cumulus clouds are the most commonly known and most adorable cloud formations. They are known for their white fluffy, cotton-like appearance, floating slowly and magnificently in the blue sky.

Cumulus clouds are formed at low levels of the sky during the early day and they usually start dissipating before the sunset.

هذا السحب تسمى السحب السمحاقية وتظهر على هيئة خصلات الشعر الممتدة في السماء، وتنم عن الجو المعتدل غير الممطر.
