دراسة تأثير مشروع "التوظيف المستدام للنساء من قبيلة العبابدة" على التنمية المستدامة
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير مشروع "التوظيف المستدام للنساء من قبيلة العبابدة من خلال إعادة تدوير الحرف اليدوية" الذي نُفذ في محمية وادي الجمال، على الجوانب الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، والبيئية، وربط هذه التأثيرات بأهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs).
خلفية المشروع
تم تنفيذ المشروع من قبل جمعية أبو سلامة بالتعاون مع السفارة الفنلندية، واستهدف تدريب 456 امرأة من قبيلة العبابدة على إعادة تدوير المواد لإنتاج حرف يدوية. امتد المشروع من يناير 2024 إلى أكتوبر 2024 في مناطق جنوب محافظة البحر الأحمر، وركز على تطوير مهارات النساء في مجالات إعادة التدوير لتعزيز الاستدامة الاقتصادية والبيئية.

This research aims to explore the impact of the "Sustainable Employment for Women from the Ababda Tribe through Recycling Handicrafts" project, implemented in Wadi El-Gemal Protectorate, on social, economic, and environmental aspects, and its alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Project Background
The project was carried out by the Abu Salama Association in collaboration with the Finnish Embassy. It targeted training 456 women from the Ababda tribe to recycle materials for creating handicrafts. The project spanned from January 2024 to October 2024 in southern Red Sea governorate areas and focused on equipping women with recycling skills to promote economic and environmental sustainability.
