نحتفل فى شهر يونيو باليوم العالمى للبيئة حيث يعد هذا اليوم تذكيراً سنوياً بضرورة إتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لحماية كوكبنا، حيث تقود فعالياته كل عام دولة مضيفة مختلفة تضع شعاراً خاصاً للقضايا الملحة. فإن ماأهم مايميز يوم كهذا وجود نهر النيل والطبيعه فى حياة الفرد التى تشمل الزرع والنباتات والخضروات والفاكهه وكل ما يمده لنا نهر النيل من خير ممايشكل عن أهميته فى حياتنا فالبيئه رمز من رموز الحياه التى بها يعيش الإنسان القديم والمعاصر حياته
فالهدف من يوم كهذا إلهام التغيير الإيجابي، وتعزيز السلوكيات البيئية المستدامة، وحماية الموارد الطبيعية وحمايتها من التلوث والتدخل البشرى بها.
كما يهدف هذا اليوم إلى حشد الحكومات، الشركات، والمجتمعات لمواجهة أزمات التلوث، التنوع البيولوجي، والتغير المناخي، حيث يشارك فيه ملايين الأشخاص في أكثر من 150دولة.
ومن فاعليات اليوم حملات تنظيف الشواطئ والمدن، زراعة الأشجار، وورش تعليمية لتعليم الأطفال والكبار وجميع الفئات عن كيفية التعامل مع البيئة بشكل سليم للحد من تلوثها أو إلحاق الضرر بها وإنها مثال هام لعنوان الحضاره أمام السائح ولأهل البلد فهى خطوه مهمه لتعزيز فهم المواطن عن دوره فى حماية بيئته بشتى الطرق.

Each year, a different host country leads the events, adopting a specific theme to address pressing issues. What makes this day particularly significant is the presence of the Nile River and the natural world, encompassing crops, plants, vegetables, fruits, and all the bounty the Nile provides. The environment is a symbol of life, essential to human existence both ancient and modern. The aim of this day is to inspire positive change, promote sustainable environmental practices, and protect natural resources from pollution and human interference.
This day also aims to mobilize governments, businesses, and communities to address the crises of pollution, biodiversity loss, and climate change. Millions of people in more than 150 countries participate in this day. Today's activities include beach and city clean-up campaigns, tree planting, and educational workshops to teach children, adults, and all segments of society how to interact with the environment responsibly to reduce pollution and prevent damage. This serves as an important example of a civilized society, both for tourists and locals, and is a crucial step in enhancing citizens' understanding of their role in protecting their environment in various ways.
