وزير العمل يبحث مع نظيريه الجزائري والسوداني تفعيل مذكرات التفاهم وتوسيع التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات التدريب المهني والتشغيل والسلامة والصحة المهنية...
على هامش مشاركته في فعاليات الدورة الـ114 لمؤتمر العمل الدولي المنعقدة حاليًا بمدينة جنيف، عقد وزير العمل حسن رداد لقاءين ثنائيين مع وزير العمل والتشغيل والضمان الاجتماعي الجزائري البروفيسور عبد الحق سايحي، ووزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السوداني معتصم أحمد صالح، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون في مجالات العمل ذات الاهتمام المشترك، ودعم العمل العربي والدولي المشترك، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات القيادة السياسية.
وتناول لقاء الوزير رداد مع نظيره الجزائري سبل تفعيل التعاون بين مصر والجزائر في مجالات العمل المختلفة، حيث تبادل الجانبان الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات في مجالات التدريب المهني، والتشغيل، وعلاقات العمل، وتفتيش العمل، والسلامة والصحة المهنية. كما أكدا أهمية تفعيل مذكرات التفاهم الموقعة بين البلدين، بما يعكس في أنشطتها التنفيذية مستجدات وتطورات أسواق العمل.
كما ناقش وزير العمل مع نظيره السوداني سبل التعاون في ملف التدريب المهني، من خلال تطوير المناهج التدريبية، وتنفيذ برامج تدريب المدربين، وتعزيز التوأمة المؤسسية بين الجهات المعنية في البلدين، إلى جانب الاستفادة من خبرات المركز القومي لدراسات السلامة والصحة المهنية في بناء القدرات ونشر ثقافة السلامة المهنية، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة عمل آمنة ولائقة.

During His Participation in the International Labour Conference in Geneva
Minister of Labour Discusses with His Algerian and Sudanese Counterparts the Activation of Memoranda of Understanding and the Expansion of Cooperation and Exchange of Expertise in Vocational Training, Employment, and Occupational Safety and Health
On the sidelines of his participation in the 114th Session of the International Labour Conference, currently being held in Geneva, Minister of Labour Hassan Raddad held two bilateral meetings with Professor Abdelhak Saihi, Algeria’s Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, and Moatasim Ahmed Saleh, Sudan’s Minister of Human Resources and Social Development. The meetings focused on enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest, supporting joint Arab and international labor initiatives, and implementing the directives of the political leaderships of the respective countries.
During his meeting with the Algerian Minister, Minister Raddad discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between Egypt and Algeria across various labor-related fields. The two sides exchanged expertise and best practices in vocational training, employment services, labor relations, labor inspection, and occupational safety and health. They also stressed the importance of activating the memoranda of understanding signed between the two countries to ensure that their implementation reflects the latest developments and emerging trends in labor markets.
In his meeting with the Sudanese Minister, Minister Raddad discussed opportunities for cooperation in the field of vocational training, including the development of training curricula, the implementation of training-of-trainers programs, and the promotion of institutional twinning between relevant entities in both countries. The discussions also highlighted the importance of benefiting from the expertise of Egypt’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Studies in capacity building and promoting a culture of workplace safety, thereby contributing to the creation of safe and decent working environments
