Position : Sales Engineer
Job Type: Full Time
Gender: Male (Is a Must)
Education: University Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or services in similar field
Job description:
1- Knows and understands the equipment requirements and buying methods of all customers in his assigned territory.
2- Prepares proposals based on customer’s requirements and standard technical specification.
3- Negotiates sales contracts, finalizes sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables.
4- Follows up on customer’s complaints and reports to management major complains related to products and/or services.
5- Delivers equipments to customers and familiarize them its operation.
6- Promotes sales through making sales calls, identifies and solicits potential clients.
7- Monitors and reports on market trends and competitor activity.
8- Is able to operate equipment and keeps up-to-date on specifications and features. Is fluent on the advantages and benefits against competing equipment.
9- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (is a must)
Organizational Relationship:
A- Reporting to: Product Group Manager
B- Supervises: None
C- Co-ordinates with: Customers and Branch Departments
Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
1- University Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
2- Fluency level in both Arabic and English Languages.
3- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge in advertising promotions and sales strategy is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills especially presentation skills
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Self motivated
- Creative thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work individually or as an active team member
- Presentable
- Ability to build excellent relations with others quickly
