في إطار توجه الدولة نحو التحول الرقمي وتطوير البنية المعلوماتية للخدمات الاستثمارية، تعلن الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة عن إطلاق المنصة الرقمية لخدمات قطاع الأداء الاقتصادي، وذلك كمنصة موحدة لتقديم الخدمات الفنية المتخصصة للمستثمرين.
وتهدف المنصة إلى تيسير الحصول على الخدمات، ورفع كفاءة الأداء، وتسريع الإجراءات، والتي تشمل تقديم الخدمات التالية:
1- تعديل الهياكل المالية
2- التقييم
3- دراسة الجدوى وقياس التكاليف الاستثمارية
وتوضح الهيئة أنه سيتم، في المرحلة الأولى، استقبال طلبات خدمة تعديل الهياكل المالية من خلال المنصة الرقمية، وذلك بالتوازي مع نظام التقديم الورقي المعتمد، تمهيدًا للانتقال الكامل إلى منظومة التقديم الإلكتروني وفق خطة التحول الرقمي المعتمدة، وبما يضمن استمرارية تقديم الخدمة دون انقطاع.ويمكن التقدم للح8صول على الخدمات عبر الرابط التالي:

In line with the State’s digital transformation strategy and its efforts to strengthen the information infrastructure supporting investment services, GAFI announces the launch of a digital platform for the services of the Economic Performance Sector. This platform will serve as a unified channel for delivering specialized technical services to investors.
The platform is designed to streamline access to services, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate procedures. The services offered include:
1. Amendment of financial structures
2. Assessment
3. Feasibility studies and investment costs estimation
GAFI also notes that, during the initial phase, applications for the amendment of financial structures will be accepted through the digital platform alongside the existing paper-based submission system.
This step is intended to facilitate a gradual transition to a fully electronic submission system in accordance with the approved digital transformation plan, while ensuring the uninterrupted provision of services.
