- We optimized our preventive interventions system to maintain the life of the fixed assets to reduce failures and downtime.
- Corrective calls can be addressed to our order taker (24 hours a day- 7days a week) and dispatched to the resident appropriate team who handles the case immediately. c- Spare parts & Subcontractors Management
- We ensure proper backup for the client in terms of purchasing material, equipment’s and services.
- We monitor and control the spare parts inventory and all related management tasks.
- With the Client’s coordination, we select the appropriate specialized subcontractors to handle the appointed actions under our responsibility. d- New Installations & Renovation works
We insure also all modification services:
1- Electrical installations: wiring, cabling, installation of new equipment, etc.
2- Electro-mechanical works: installation of new equipment, AC, pump, etc.
3- Civil works: carpentry, steel works, tiling, etc.
4- Renovation of the premises: painting, plastering, upholstery, etc.
2- Internal consultancy services
a- Administrative Management. b- Data Collection, Implementing International Specifications and Standards, Studying and introducing Intelligent Systems…
c- Coordination between different Departments, Tracking and Monitoring the works during the concept phases until the complete execution of a project, assuring that Execution complies with the Standards set and required. d- Project Management, Planning and Scheduling, Time Monitoring and Control, Supervision, Quality Control and Commissioning.
3- Design and modification
a- Performing of complete design for inner space (whether office building or shop) in case of a new space or modifying existing one; including all architectural, electrical and mechanical trades (finishing, lighting, HVAC, power, I-Bus,UPS…etc.). b- Complete supervision on the project starting from evaluation on bidding phase till project turnkey handing over.
4- Supervision & Coordination
For projects designed by other Consultant than EEP scope is as follows:
a- Submittal of all technical requirements needs to be considered in the design. b- Review of the design documents submitted to validate technically and according to customer needs
c- Supervision and coordination during execution between different project parts (Owner, Consultant & Contractor) to ensure best running efficiency. d- Performing of handing over with the main consultant to ensure fulfilling the technical needs for the operation & maintenance team after finalizing the project
