In collaboration with the Digital Economy and Technology General Division at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC), the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) invites ICT companies to attend an online introductory session on the Train to Hire Program.

The session will highlight ITIDA’s Human Capacity Development Programs (HCDPs), designed to support ICT companies in recruiting and qualifying skilled talents by contributing to the training costs of job seekers based on companies’ actual hiring needs.

During the session, participants will learn more about:
• Program benefits and support mechanisms
• Eligibility criteria and participation requirements
• Application process and collaboration steps with ITIDA

At The Shift 2026, Eng. A key message throughout the session was clear: the future of AI will not be built through industry alone or government alone. It will be built through co-creation.

From digital sovereignty and cybersecurity to responsible AI adoption, cloud infrastructure, and data governance, the panel highlighted how strong public-private collaboration is becoming the foundation for scalable innovation ecosystems worldwide.
