Se comunica que el diseño y planos de la maqueta ya estan terminados, y listos para empezar a ejecutarse lo que será la nueva casa del Instituto Distrital Tecnologico Superior "17 de Julio", la construcción será en el ex aeropuerto de Ibarra, en donde se construira el Parque Lineal o Boulevar de la ciudad de Ibarra.
