Tickets on Sale at the Tuesday Market (this week) at the La Querencia Veggie
Stand:

Go in the second door turn right and we will be two stands past Athena Brewery.

Tickets are $25 and only 50 will be sold.
The event is: January 9th 2026
Friday 3:00 - 6:00 in the afternoon at the Andean Gardens.

On Peter Bernstein’s last visit he donated 4 beautiful bilingual books, English/Spanish, to the library. He also gifted us with ATUK, bilingual Kichwa / Spanish, the latest publication from the Wichana Foundation and the Kichwa Cultural Center “Muyumi Kanki”, author: Apak Perugachi and illustrator: Anty.

We also recently had a three day workshop led by Shayana and her dedicated volunteers from Wichana Foundation. The focus was on myths and fables. Participants wrote their own stories and then bound and decorated their books.
