From LT Jose Selles, MSRON-3 Officer in Charge. "Over the past six months while deployed, we successfully completed every force protection mission assigned to MSRON-3 and in the process have set a new standard for success. The success that was attained by our dedicated Sailors is shared with all our friends and family members that have supported us during this deployment. Your well wishes, care packages, and encouragement played a vital role in the success of all our Sailors. In addition to our mission success there is no doubt in my mind that every Sailor deployed with MSRON 3 DET HOA left a tremendous impact on country of Djibouti. Our Sailors outpouring of support to the local community left a lasting memory for both sides to share and remember for years to come. Once again, thank you to all our friends and family members for your support. To our MSRON Sailors, consider that less than 1% of all US citizens currently served in the military, that fact alone makes you part of a very exclusive community. In addition, of that 1% very few are capable of enduring the last seven months and finally the fact that you have excelled in your mission above and beyond makes you part of elite group. BRAVO ZULU to all MSRON THREE DET HOA Sailors for a job well done!"
