Next and last stop: MBI Mabuhay Vereinsgastätte im Gaiern. Owned and managed by Marivee Benker-Imdahl (MBI) and husband Ralf, this couple just took over the Sports Club Restaurant in January this year. They offer German and Philippine dishes and also has a bar. For birthdays, Weddings, Karaoke Party and other occasions, please feel free to contact them and make your reservations.

Staying at the Northern area of the Black Forest, you will find BONITA's Schutzenhaus in Enzberg (Mühlacker) owned by Kate Krachenfels and Thilo Heim. They offer German and Filipino dishes and a variety of set Lunch. They also have regular Karaoke Dinner on weekends!

This restaurant was even made more popular with the visit of TV-Cook Frank Rosin.

Coming from the Black Forest, let's go further down towards the Bodensee direction and meet Thessa Asis Manlangit Clemens of Kabayan Foodtruck and Catering Services.

Kabayan Foodtruck officially started in October 2024 and has been rolling the streets of Germany since then. As the name of the business says, they offer food that our "Kabayans" here in German love such as Pancit, Lumpia, Arroz Caldo, Lechon Kawali, various fruit shakes and a lot more. Kabayan's Empanada is among the Pinoys' favorites and you can order them in Boxes and send them to colleagues, friends or relatives for any occassion.

Next Stop: The MUSEUMSRESTAURANT HOFENGEL at the world-famous Black Forest. This restaurant offers regional dishes and a regional menu all year-round with ingredients coming entirely from the Black Forest Nature Park. It is therefore no wonder that it is awarded with 2 "Taste the South, Baden-Württemberg" Lions.

This Honorary Consulate had the privilege of meeting the owners Werner Hauser and his Filipina wife Debie Bernal-Hauser back in 2019 (as shown in photo) or shortly after they took over in managing the restaurant in 2018.

Next stop: Tambayan Mannheim owned by Froylance Lomberio who is a resident of Friedrichshafen but has his restaurant in Mannheim.

It was orginally a vegan restaurant before Froylance took over the business and Tambayan opted to continue serving such dishes aside from Pinoy specialties. It also has a Cafe Bar. A separate section within the restaurant can also be reserved for a small group who want to celebrate special occasions.
