After three years of construction, UBS, the Swiss high-street bank in Zurich, opened its headquarters. Modern touches were added to the traditional building.
The special lift system was built with a minimalist structure made from mirror-polished steel.

The lift walls are made from extremely thin 0.7 mm-thick LIXOS® Real Stone Glass made from Carrara marble. This means that people using the lift still have privacy whilst being able to enjoy a unique experience at the same time.⠀

The LIXOS® RSV 3D Technology makes it possible to “petrify” all surfaces and it provides a particularly exclusive finishing for almost all objects and forms with our LIXOS® Real Stone Veneers. Our real stone veneers are an incredibly thin layer of stone that is only around 1 mm thick. Extremely hard plutonic rocks, a type of igneous rock, are particularly optically appealing.
