When combined with intensive meditation practice, this becomes a truly transformative journey. Participants of this retreat will emerge revitalized, equipped with new skills, and filled with presence and happiness.
Karuna, an experienced ceramic teacher, will guide you each morning, exploring new techniques of how to work with the clay and awaken the creativity within.
Didi Ananda Samprajina will guide you through meditation practices, spiritual life and how to develop ourselves on all levels.

Join us, at the beautiful Uma Nilayam Centre in Italy, for a creative expression and spiritual practice (sadhana), where art and meditation combines to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
