پاکستان یو ځل بیا د افغان کډوالو پر ضد داسې چلند پیل کړی چې د سیمې او نړۍ د وجدان لپاره د اندېښنې وړ دی. راپورونه وایي چې یو شمېر افغانان، چې ډېری یې بې وسه او له جګړو ستړي شوي خلک دي، نیول کېږي، بندي کېږي او بیا ترې هغه لږې پیسې هم اخیستل کېږي چې له ځان سره لري. وروسته بیا دغه کسان رسنیو ته وړاندې کېږي او ادعا کېږي چې ګواکې دوی د ناامنۍ یا توندلارۍ سره تړاو لري. دا ډول چلند نه یوازې سپکاوی دی، بلکې د بشري حقونو له بنسټیزو اصولو سره ښکاره ټکر هم لري.
افغان کډوال چې کلونه کېږي د جګړو، بې وزلۍ او سیاسي بې ثباتۍ له امله خپل هېواد پرېښود، ډېری یې په ګاونډیو هېوادونو کې د امن او کار په لټه ژوند کوي. خو کله چې دوی له داسې فشارونو، نیونو او بد چلند سره مخ کېږي، نو د هغوی انساني کرامت تر پښو لاندې کېږي. هېڅ انسان باید یوازې د خپل تابعیت یا سیاسي وضعیت له امله له سپکاوي او زورونې سره مخ نه شي.
نړیوالې ادارې لکه Human Rights Watch، Human Rights Foundation، United Nations Human Rights Council، UN Human Rights، Human Rights Campaign او FIDH - International Federation for Human Rights تل د کډوالو او بې وزلو خلکو د حقونو د خوندیتوب غږ پورته کړی دی. اوس وخت رارسېدلی چې دا بنسټونه په جدي ډول د افغان کډوالو حالت ته پام واړوي او د هر ډول ظالمانه چلند مخه ونیسي.
د بشري حقونو نړیوال اصول وایي چې هر انسان د عزت، عدالت او خوندي ژوند حق لري. که چېرې یو څوک په جرم تورن وي، باید د قانون له مخې، په شفافه او عادلانه پروسه کې ورسره چلند وشي، نه دا چې لومړی ترې پیسې واخیستل شي او بیا یې د سیاسي اهدافو لپاره رسنیو ته وړاندې شي. دا ډول کړنې نه یوازې د کډوالو باور زیانمنوي، بلکې د سیمې ثبات هم اغېزمنوي.
موږ له نړیوالو بشري بنسټونو، مدني ټولنو او د وجدان خاوندانو څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د افغان کډوالو د وضعیت څارنه وکړي، د هر ډول زورونې پر وړاندې غږ پورته کړي او ډاډ ترلاسه کړي چې هېڅ انسان د سیاست قرباني نه شي. د کډوالو خوندیتوب یوازې د یوه هېواد مسؤلیت نه دی، بلکې دا یو ګډ نړیوال اخلاقي او حقوقي مکلفیت دی.

Pakistan has once again initiated actions against Afghan refugees that raise serious moral and humanitarian concerns. Reports indicate that many vulnerable Afghans—people already exhausted by decades of conflict—are being detained, confined, and allegedly stripped of the limited money they possess. Afterwards, they are presented to the media with claims that they are linked to militancy or instability. Such actions are not only humiliating but also stand in direct contradiction to fundamental human rights principles.
Afghan refugees have fled prolonged war, poverty, and political instability in search of safety and opportunity. Many have lived in neighboring countries for years, contributing to local communities through labor and trade. When they are subjected to arbitrary detention, financial exploitation, and public shaming, their human dignity is undermined. No individual should face mistreatment solely because of nationality or political circumstances.
International organizations such as Human Rights Watch, Human Rights Foundation, United Nations Human Rights Council, UN Human Rights, Human Rights Campaign, and FIDH - International Federation for Human Rights have long advocated for the protection of vulnerable populations worldwide. This is a critical moment for these institutions to closely monitor the situation of Afghan refugees and to ensure that any alleged abuses are independently investigated.
International human rights standards emphasize that every human being deserves fairness, due process, and respect. If an individual is accused of wrongdoing, the matter should be handled through transparent legal procedures—not through public spectacle or collective punishment. Actions that appear politically motivated erode trust, damage regional stability, and deepen humanitarian crises.
We therefore call upon global human rights bodies, civil society organizations, and the international community to observe the situation carefully, raise their voices against injustice, and ensure that refugees are protected in accordance with international law. Safeguarding refugee rights is not the responsibility of one nation alone; it is a shared global moral and legal obligation.
