With the valve tightening machine a fast and safe clamping of cylinders and tightening of the valves in or out is possible.

in accordance with European standard EN3-7. ( 6% of the expanded gas per year )

Leak test of extinguisher for example by a 6 kg stored pressure extinguisher:
- Nitrogen volume = 3,666666 litre by 16 bar
- Expanded Nitrogen volume = 58,66666 barlitre
- Tolerated leak per year = 3,52 barlitre
- Tolerated leak per second =0,0000001116 barlitre = 1,12E-7 barl/sec = 1,12E-4 mbarl/sec
- By using of 10% Helium in the nitrogen the equipment will be able to measure this fine leak rate
of 0,00001116 mbarl/sec = 1,12E-5 mbarl/sec = ccm/sec in one minute.

We present our full automated powder filling system with sturdy chain conveyor
Model AW 01
Complete system with silo and conveying system to fill the silo.
For nearly dust free and rapid filling at production plant of portable fire extinguisher from 0,5 kg to 12 kg contents. The machine is working with a vacuum system.
The quantity to be filled into the container can be set and is measured accurately by a digital scale.
With this machine a filling accuracy of 1kg ± 5%; 2kg ± 3%; ³3kg ± 2% is achieve.
Change-over to another type of cylinder is simple possible in short time.

The machine contains a suction and a shut-off valve, a height adjustable filling head, a programmable digital scale, complete with pneumatic and electric control.

For automatic charging, a conveyor belt may be attached to the machine.

for the rapid and dust free emptying and refilling of dry powder extinguisher vehicles and Big - Bag containers with maximum filling high 6 meters.

The suction fan, the powder separator and the empty BIG BAG containers are stored in a frame with 4 castor wheels.

These appliances are used for the rapid and dust free filling and refilling of dry powder extinguisher vehicles.

- for emptying of dry chemical powder extinguisher vehicles into Big-Bag containers with frame to hold the powder separator and the Big-Bag container.

After each filling off approx. 50 kg in the separator the conveying stops automatically, the flap valve opens, the filter cleans by reversing the air flow and the powder will be discharged in the BIG BAG container.

Nitrogen Refilling Machine Model NF 83
for the refilling of expellant nitrogen cylinders for wheeled fire extinguishers up to 30 l contents and with quick clamping device with filling head for the refilling of N2 cartridges for LT fire extinguishers.
Equipped with a double working piston pump with automatic cut-off.
Complete with filling valve, safety-valve, pressure reducer and different manometers, adapter with filling connection to fill nitrogen bottles with rotary valve.
The complete machine is accommodated in a wheeled housing with 2 doors.

Optional with low pressure part NF 80
is installed in the housing with pressure regulator, shut-off valve with pressure release, safety valve and manometers for ingoing and filling pressure.

Nitrogen refilling device model NF 80-B
is serves for the purpose of pressurizing permanently pressurized extinguishers by means of nitrogen for a wide range of makes.
A quick-acting coupling is fixed at the end of the hose pipe so that further filling clamps or screw adapters can be connected.
The device is installed in housing with shut-off valve with pressure release, safety valve and manometers for ingoing and filling pressure.

Simple design - safe to handle – strong construction

With the CO2 refilling machine a fast and safe clamping and filling of all CO2 bottles on the market is possible.

Outside CO2 cartridges with turning valve and CO2 fire extinguishers can be filled by means of a special clamping device with filling adapter.

For exact dosing of the different filling quantities our CO2 refilling unit is equipped with variable filling speed.

Optional with digital floor balance
for the filling of larger CO2 cylinder equipped with filling hose, clamping device and automatic cut of, to connect to the filling machine.
