Has no-one else considered the idea of meeting up at motorcycle rallies instead of trying to arrange a location for reunions? There are already folk at bike rallies with backpatch-sized Corps badges so this would be the easiest way to recognise ourselves as a group. All you need is a tent and a doss bag. The booze is usually very cheap plus we would get away with behaving like we used to on the wazz without raising any eyebrows.

Thursday is (as all squaddies know) International Squaddie Night Out. (Closely followed by 'Playing Innocent Friday' whereby you have to deny all knowledge of personal involvement in any crime whatsoever so as not to spoil the weekend for yourself and your mates.
