Foreign Policy
Adhering to the independent, active and non-aligned foreign policy, the Union aims to establish friendly relations with nations that support the complete abolishment of dictatorship, restoring full-fledged democracy and establishment of federal democratic union in Myanmar in accordance with the international laws and international human rights standards. Recognizing the geopolitics

of Myanmar, the Union aims to establish close cooperation with neighbouring countries, ASEAN member states, and nations that support Myanmar’s struggle for democracy and development. Fundamental Principles of Foreign Affairs
The following guiding principles are stated in regards with the foreign affairs of the National Unity Government. shall work to get its formal recognition from the international community by collaborating with international governments and international organizations including the United Nations according to the foreign affairs policy. shall work on ratification of international conventions and treaties that will protect the nation and the people in line with international laws. shall implement strategic plans of the Interim National Unity Government by collaborating with partner countries which are in favour of building of Federal Democracy Union. shall work with diplomatic approaches to bring effective sanctions of international community against the council of military junta and to file criminal charges in international courts. Goals and Objectives
To promote the legitimacy (de jure recognition) of the National Unity Government (NUG) and Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) in the international community including the United Nations
To increase international pressures on the illegitimate military council (State Administration Council – SAC)
To work to secure the representative seats at the UN and UN mechanisms
To campaign to deny international recognition on the SAC by applying the international laws and diplomatic means
To establish legal communication with foreign governments, diplomatic corps, and international organizations on behalf of the National Unity Government
To coordinate between subcommittees of CRPH and international organizations to garner the support on activities of the NUG and CRPH

ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်မှာ အလွန်ခက်ခဲတဲ့ စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခု ဖြစ်နေဆဲပါ။ ကျွန်မတို့နိုင်ငံဟာ ကျယ်ပြန့်တဲ့ ဖိနှိပ်မှုတွေ၊ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာ ထွက်ပြေးရမှုတွေနဲ့ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခတွေကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရပါတယ်။ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရပြီး သန်းပေါင်းများစွာသော ပြည်သူများဟာ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်မှုနဲ့ အကူအညီများကို အရေးတကြီး လိုအပ်နေပါတယ်။

ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို လက်နက်အားကိုးနဲ့ မတည်ဆောက်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်မှု၊ တန်းတူညီမျှမှုနှင့် ပြည်သူတို့၏ ဒီမိုကရေစီဆန္ဒအပေါ် လေးစားလိုက်နာမှုတို့နဲ့သာ တည်ဆောက်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

တာဝန်ခံမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိခြင်းသည်လည်း အလွန်အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ဒီကနေ့ ခံစားနေရတဲ့ ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာတွေကို ကုစားရန်သာမက နောင်လာနောက်သား မျိုးဆက်သစ်များအတွက်လည်း ယခုကဲ့သို့ မတရားမှုမျိုး ထပ်မံမဖြစ်ပွားစေဖို့ တားဆီးပေးရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

တူရကီနိုင်ငံ၊ အစ္စတန်ဘူလ်မြို့၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် (၁၅၂) ကြိမ်မြောက် နိုင်ငံတကာပါလီမန်များညီလာခံတွင် မြန်မာလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် မိန့်ခွန်းမှ ကောက်နုတ်ချက်

အီတလီနိုင်ငံ Trento မြို့ရှိ Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore ဘုရားကျောင်းတွင် ဟန်ဂေရီနိုင်ငံမှ နာမည်ကျော် အော်ဂန်ဂီတပညာရှင် Joseph Kelemen ၏ “Concerto d’Organo per il Myanmar” ဂီတဖျော်ဖြေပွဲကို ဧပြီလ ၂၉ ရက်နေ့ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထိုပွဲသို့ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) ၏ ချက်သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဦးလင်းသန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ ဂီတဖျော်ဖြေပွဲကို မြန်မာအရေးအားတက်ကြွစွာ ထောက်ခံအားပေးနေသူ အီတလီနိုင်ငံသား Paolo Bridi က ဦးစီး စီစဉ်ကျင်းပခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Trento မြို့သူမြို့သားများသည် မြန်မာပြည်သူများနှင့် သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်မှုကို ပြသသည့်အနေဖြင့် ဂီတဖျော်ဖြေပွဲသို့ တက်ရောက်အားပေးခဲ့ကြပြီး အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရအတွက် စုပေါင်း လှူဒါန်းငွေ ယူရို ၁,၁၅၀ ကိုလည်း ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

ထို့အပြင် Joseph Kelemen သည် မိမိ၏ အနုပညာဖြင့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများနှင့်အတူ ရပ်တည်ကြောင်း ပြသရန်အတွက် အခမဲ့ ဖျော်ဖြေခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ထိုအပြင် NUG ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဦးလင်းသန့်သည် ဒေသခံပြည်သူများ၊ ဘုရားကျောင်းမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့်အတူ Trento မြို့ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ၏ ဒုတိယ မြို့တော်ဝန်နှင့်လည်း တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထိုတွေ့ဆုံမှုများအတွင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိအခြေအနေများကို ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြခဲ့ပြီး လွတ်လပ်မှု၊ လူ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာနှင့် ဒီမိုကရေစီအရေးတို့အတွက် မြန်မာပြည်သူများနှင့်အတူ ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်ပေးရန် တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၂၇ ရက်နေ့၊ နံနက် (၀၈၀၀) နာရီတွင် ဗီဒီယိုကွန်ဖရင့်မှတစ်ဆင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားပြုကော်မတီနှင့် အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ပြည်သူ့လုံခြုံရေးနှင့်ကာကွယ်ရေးကောင်စီတို့ တွေ့ဆုံ၍ လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေများနှင့် မြေပြင်စစ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာအခြေအနေများအား ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ ဆွေးနွေးတိုင်ပင်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

အစည်းအဝေးတွင် အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ယာယီသမ္မတ ဒူဝါလရှီးလ၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားပြုကော်မတီ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးအောင်ကြည်ညွန့်နှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ရုံး၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝေစိုးက နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်စကားများ အသီးသီး ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြသည်။

ဆက်လက်၍ အတွင်းရေးမှူးအဖွဲ့ဝင် ဒေါ်ဖြူဖြူသင်းက လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးနှင့် စစ်ရေးအခြေအနေများအပေါ် လေ့လာတွေ့ရှိချက်များအား ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြရာတွင် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၏ အခက်အခဲများ၊ လိုအပ်ချက်များ၊ ပသုံးလုံး ယန္တရားနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်းသည့်တွေ့ရှိချက်များ၊ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုများ၊ မြေပြင်အခြေအနေများတွင် ပြည်သူလူထုတွေ့ကြုံခံစားနေရသည့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများအပါအဝင် အကြံပြုချက်များအား ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထို့နောက် ပြည်သူ့လုံခြုံရေးနှင့်ကာကွယ်ရေးကောင်စီမှ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များက ဆောင်ရွက်ထားရှိမှု အခြေအနေများအား ပြန်လည်ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ကာ တက်ရောက်လာသူများက သိရှိလိုသည်များအား ထပ်မံမေးမြန်းဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။

ထို့အပြင် လွှတ်တော်ကဏ္ဍအနေဖြင့် လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် အစိုးရတို့အကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သင့်သည့် ရှေ့လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်သွားရန်နှင့် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် တွေ့ဆုံသွားကြရန် ညှိနှိုင်းတိုင်ပင်ခဲ့ကြကာ အစည်းအဝေးအား (၁၂၀၀) နာရီတွင် ရပ်နားခဲ့သည်။

အစည်းအဝေးသို့ ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားပြုကော်မတီ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးအောင်ကြည်ညွန့်နှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ယာယီသမ္မတ ဒူဝါလရှီးလ အပါအဝင် ပြည်သူ့လုံခြုံရေးနှင့်ကာကွယ်ရေးကောင်စီအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

The NUG Representative Office based in Prague, the Czech Republic, expresses its deepest condolences on the passing of H.E. Dr Kobsak Chutikul, former Ambassador of Thailand to the Czech Republic.

H.E. Dr Kobsak was a distinguished pioneer who played a significant role in laying the foundation of relations between Thailand and the NUG-Myanmar. He carried out his duties with exceptional dedication, unwavering commitment, and the highest level of professionalism.

The NUG Representative Office based in Prague extends its heartfelt sympathies to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

“Message of Congratulations on President U Win Myint’s Return to His Family”
Date: April 22, 2026

U Win Myint, the President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, who was unlawfully arrested and detained by the terrorist military on February 1, 2021, while serving in his capacity as President, has reunited with his family on April 17, 2026, after more than five years.

On this occasion, the Steering Council for the Emergence of a Federal Democratic Union (SCEF) expresses its great joy and congratulations together with his family and with all the people of Myanmar.

We sincerely wish that President U Win Myint will have good health and that he will be able to continue to safely carry out responsibilities for the benefit of the country and its people.

We will continue to make every possible effort, together with all the people of Myanmar, to ensure the swift and unconditional release of all political prisoners, including State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, who remains unjustly detained.
