The Commission for the Protection of Competition announces the successful completion of the European Competition Day, which took place on 4 June 2026 in Nicosia, as part of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Participants engaged in a substantive and multifaceted dialogue addressing the evolving challenges of competition policy across the European Union.
The Commission for the Protection of Competition extends its gratitude to the representatives of the EuEuropean Commissionnational competition authorities, the OEOECDthe Justice system, the academic community, legal and economic professionals, the business community, as well as to all those who contributed to the preparation, coordination, and successful conduct of the conference.

Η Επιτροπή Προστασίας του Ανταγωνισμού ανακοινώνει την επιτυχή πραγματοποίηση του European Competition Day, το οποίο έλαβε χώρα στις 4 Ιουνίου 2026 στη Λευκωσία, στο πλαίσιο της Κυπριακής Προεδρίας του Συμβουλίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
Κατά τη διάρκεια των εργασιών του συνεδρίου αναπτύχθηκε ουσιαστικός και πολυδιάστατος διάλογος γύρω από τις σύγχρονες προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζει η πολιτική ανταγωνισμού στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.
Η Επιτροπή Προστασίας του Ανταγωνισμού εκφράζει τις ευχαριστίες της προς τους εκπροσώπους της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, των εθνικών αρχών ανταγωνισμού, του ΟΟΣΑ, της δικαιοσύνης, της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας, των νομικών και οικονομικών επαγγελματιών, της επιχειρηματικής κοινότητας, καθώς και προς όλους όσοι συνέβαλαν στην προετοιμασία, τον συντονισμό και την επιτυχή διεξαγωγή του συνεδρίου.
