This programme examines the legal requirements governing betting promotions in Cyprus, with a focus on the Betting Law of 2019 and the National Betting Authority’s Directives.
Participants will explore how marketing and sponsorship activities can remain compliant while promoting responsible gambling. The session highlights best practices for transparency, protecting vulnerable players, and balancing commercial objectives with social responsibility.
