•Fluent English and Greek languages
•Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office
•Organization skills
•Communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Front Desk Operations – Greeting visitors – Handling incoming – outcoming emails
•Handling Communications – Responding to emails, answering phone calls and directing queries to relevant department
•Document management – filing, updating and organize paperwork
•Data entry
•Support and assisting to other departments – Photocopies, Scanning and other office duties

Working hours: 8:00 – 16:00
Location: Larnaca
