The Embassy of Pakistan in Belgrade commemorated the first anniversary of Operation Bunyan-al-Marsoos (Marka-e-Haq). The event was attended by distinguished Serbian guests, members of academic and policy circles.
The commemoration highlighted Pakistan’s resolute and responsible response during the events of May 2025, underscoring the strategic foresight of Pakistan’s leadership and the professionalism, courage, and preparedness of its armed forces in safeguarding national security.
Participants viewed a special message from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar. A documentary was displayed highlighting Pakistan’s responsible, restrained, and mature handling of the crisis, emphasizing its commitment to peace, strategic discipline, and adherence to international law under challenging circumstances.
In his remarks, Ambassador Faraz Zaidi reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace, sovereignty, and regional stability, while underscoring the nation’s resolve to safeguard its security, vital interests, and adherence to international obligations.
