From 97 of its customer service points throughout the country, ICE is providing on-line services, within the framework of the national emergency for the coronavirus.
This new service allows customers to stay at home and connect with the company on-line.
Among the additional measures taken, the agencies and stores that maintain face-to-face care - always in accordance with the indications issued by the Health Authorities - will close their doors two hours earlier than usual, to concentrate on virtual procedures.

In Costa Rica's warmer areas, containment of the common flu and other viruses, such as coronavirus, are easier to contain, and outbreaks are less likely.
You can read the details below, in Costa Rica Living.

The coronavirus is causing worldwide panic, but the truth is, compared with other illnesses, the cases have not been as widespread.
Johns Hopkins Research University Senior Scholar, Dr. Amesh Adalja, stated that the new coronavirus will likely cause yearly outbreaks, with most of the cases being mild. He compared the coronavirus to the 2009 H1N1 swine flu outbreak, and the 2002-2003 SARS outbreak, which are now seen as a regular flu viruses.
Stephen Morse of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, an epidemiologist and expert on emerging infectious diseases wrote; “We don’t pay much attention to illnesses like coronavirus, because they’re so mundane, compared to others, such as the seasonal flu."
The seasonal aspect of flu viruses reflects the fact that they can’t tolerate high heat and humidity, preferring the cool and dry conditions of winter and spring,
This is why the common flu, as well as the coronavirus, are less prevalent in warm, humid climates. Therefore, in Costa Rica's warmer areas, containment should be easier and an outbreak is less likely.
However, the course of this disease is unknown, so try to increase individual protection measures, including:
-Frequent hand washing with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds.
-Use alcohol-based disinfectants, mainly after being in contact with sick people.
-Avoid close contact with people who show signs of respiratory infection.
-Cover your mouth and nose with tissues when you cough or sneeze.
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
The main form of transmission between people occurs through respiratory droplets that are expelled when a person with the virus coughs or sneezes, and then they are breathed by another person, even at a distance of almost two meters.
Additionally, this virus can remain in the environment for about 3 hours and symptoms may appear 3 to 12 days after infection.
All viruses have the ability to produce illnesses ranging from the common cold to more serious ones, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome.
The most common symptoms are cough, sore throat, fever and feeling short of breath.
In the most severe cases, it can cause pneumonia and significant difficulty breathing
There is no specific treatment for the coronavirus; However, some antiviral medications are showing some efficacy, and there are treatments to relieve symptoms, which help improve the patient's condition.

PS: The wall street decline is not healthy, but coronavirus is not to blame.
Earnings and bond trends were upside down.
The US dollar and gold were climbing, and stock market indices were at record highs, but bond yields were at record lows.
Something had to give, and then it happened; worst intraday point decline in the history of the Dow Jones.
Bernie Sanders being a presidential nominee and the Chinese market getting hit hard scared them more than any virus could.
