What an incredible evening we shared as one CHZ family!
Under the theme “With Light as Our Steed, Striving Forward Together,” we kicked off 2026 with joy, gratitude, and a renewed sense of purpose. It was truly special to gather with our incredible team, alongside distinguished guests and partners who have been part of our journey.
Looking back on 2025, I’m so proud of everything we achieved together. As we step into the new year, our vision is clear: to keep innovating in the lighting industry, deepen our global impact, and illuminate more lives with quality and care.
The talent on display that night blew me away—from powerful poetry readings to traditional Shanghai opera and energetic dance performances. Our people are truly the heart of CHZ. ❤️
One of the most touching moments? Connecting live with our Spain and Ghana teams! Seeing their smiling faces and hearing their New Year wishes reminded me how far CHZ’s light reaches. We may be across continents, but we’re one team, one family.
And yes—we celebrated! Lucky draws, fun games, and a heartfelt sign language performance of “A Grateful Heart” reminded us why gratitude matters most.
