The Embassy co-hosted with the Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) a cooking class where Ambassador Fock Tave and Principal Secretary for Tourism in Seychelles, Ms. Anne Lafortune, were amongst the teachers for the day!
The event was to showcase to several media representatives the appreciation of the Seychelles Tourism Board for all the wonderful cooperation received within the past year.
On the menu was a smoked fish salad with smoked marlin form Seychelles as entree, coconut chicken curry with a side of lentils and bacon for the main course, and banana flambe with ice cream as desert.
The chefs for the day included the Regional Director for the Seychelles Tourism Boards, Mr. Jean-Luc Lai-Lam, and Third Secretary in the Seychelles Embassy in Beijing, Mr. Jean-Luc Louise.
