精神控制人体实验九年受害人王焰向世界人民视频汇报2007——2016

我是中国精神控制人体实验的受害人王焰，今天是2016年7 月15 日，上午10 时 30分，我现在的位置在我的家乡安徽省安庆市潜山县，以现身说法的形式向世界人民汇报我的近况：
我原是江苏南京73211部队退伍的残疾军人（强直性脊柱炎），在我27岁的2007年被相关权力组织人造了冤假错案，将记载着我的当兵历史、人生履历、伤残认定等重要人事档案秘密销毁，并锁定为精神控制人体实验的受害人，牺牲品，多次被潜山县公安局强制关押安庆市精神病医院虐待折磨，权力组织使用的核心手段是利用警察（执法者）身份丑化妖魔化受害人是杀人犯、贪污犯或精神病等煽动社会孤立歧视刁难侮辱等迫害，加上暗中在油盐米饮食里内放置慢性毒药残害，同时配合24小时立体监控的读心术，长期作用可导致受害人被精神病、抑郁、自杀、病死、癌死，甚至十来年全家因慢性毒药残害而陆续死亡的恐怖下场。实质上形成了类似于日本731的秘密人体实验。
由于视频时间的关系，只能简单地录制到这里，希望得到世界各国领导包括美国的奥巴马总统、英国的卡梅伦首相（这几天已辞职）、德国的默克尔总理，以及人权组织的高度关注，并呼吁中国政府立即停止并公开这种严重的侵犯人权的秘密材料。
我不敢相信，在当今信息发达的今天，还有国家和政府如此肆无忌惮的拿人的活体生命做实验，我更不敢相信，全世界的人民由于难以公开对抗一个从事秘密谋杀的政府（国家权力），于是大家会装作一切都很正常。
最后，我想说的是，如果我没有被强迫失踪，没有被精神病而关押，没有被实验疾病癌症而死亡，我每年都会录制一小段视频，以此向世界人民证实：我虽然被锁定精神控制实验，但我依然还活着，并且是真实存在的，而不是木偶或虚构的人物。

危害人类罪的初次适用，是在第二次世界大战后对战犯的审判；当时，危害人类罪被列为丙类犯罪。
“反人类罪”是指握有权力资源的人出于政治、军事或经济目的，以国家、种族、宗教或某种意识形态为界，对他们进行肉体上消灭或政治上虐待的暴行。“反人类罪”的提出是基于这样的观念：人类是一个平等的、和睦共处的大家庭，人们不分国家、种族、文化、信仰、阶层、性别都应享有公平、自由与尊严的基本人权，是人类文明突破狭隘的国家主义、民族主义偏见的发展成果。其量刑等同战争罪。
显而易见，各国独裁者都犯有反人类罪，因为独裁者为了一己私利结党营私，建立专制制度、制造社会不公，剥夺国民政治权力，将本国人民置于他们的压迫奴役下，使国民失去了应有的公平、自由与尊严而沦为独裁者的工具和牺牲品。独裁者的存在是对人类尊严的践踏，对公平与自由的蹂躏，对正义与真理的侮辱，是人类最大的不幸与耻辱，因此铲除独裁专制是人类的共同职责与崇高使命，为民主国家帮助专制国家受压迫人民推翻独裁暴政奠定了道义上的合法性。
精神控制人体实验（脑控）是一项不折不扣的绝密的反人类犯罪行径。希望得到国际社会和网友的高度关注，因为或许有一天，不小心被权力组织的幽灵锁定，充当实验的受害人、牺牲品，这不是危言耸听谣言，而是千真万确的事实。
中国科学院院士陈宜张对脑控的评价：
十几年前，这项计划刚执行时候，我就曾经撰文反对过，本人的校友，现供职中国社科院法研所的邓子滨博士在2001年5月1日《南方周末》第6版中说得更明白：“某些专家拥有了这种技术，实验室就比法庭更有效，更不可抗拒地揭示真相，最终使法庭、沉默权、无罪推定之类，都成为一钱不值的东西，到那时，专家就是我们的法官”。“那些执掌该项技术的人，就能控制我们，支配我们，事先知道我们要干什么，事后知道我们干了什么，随着技术的不断改进，最终做到让我们干什么我们就干什么”。“我们可以看到一个拷问精神的幽灵在大地上游荡，我们对真相的追求只能听从于某种更高的社会价值，从被削弱、被操控的意识中攫取事实，每一项这样的技术都是对隐私权和意志自由的侵犯”。“技术或许可以轻而易举地获得真相，却也可以更容易地控制我们的精神。如果没有民主而公正的程序保障，对精神世界的窥探，就只能意味着恐怖。”
他们由一两个受过职业特殊训练的高级特工充当操控者，二三十人为一个作战小组（军管状态），组织严密，分工明确，杀人而不需要直接接触，用俗话叫“心理学杀人”，由一名操控者发号指令给权力组织协调各个小组：第一小组是纪检公安部门，故意人造冤假错案，丑化妖魔化受害人是杀人犯贪污犯或精神病，取得政府或相关单位配合实施的权限，这个受害人就失去了政府的保护，任人宰割。第二小组是邪教组织，大家都知道610是打击和处理邪教的，一般一个地方有哪些邪教组织，有哪些人负责，他们掌握的一清二楚，因此，用黑吃黑的手法使这些邪教组织加入他们序列，为已所用，用邪教的手段控制受害人亲属，迷惑其心智，顺从屈服于他们，也可以送钱送物送美女，拉笼政府机关干部加入该组织，成为这个组织保护伞。第三小组黑社会组织。这个组织主要用于控制受害人接触的老百姓，或用于政府部门不便出面打理的事情，也可以给受害人寻衅滋事，以送进监狱。第四小组是秘密的害人组织，包括投毒，实施有害气体（制造精神影响），破坏、偷盗等。第五小组是意识写入小组，他们控制受害人接触的信息，和社会接触受害人的信息（真相），以取得制脑影像权。
几个小组协调联动，明暗联动，警匪联动，政邪联动，上级下级单线联动（半军事化），把受害人当成叫天不应，叫地不灵的实验品，小木偶，通过迫害诱导逼迫其自杀或“被精神病”，如果不死就暗中在饮食内放置慢性毒药，像小白鼠一样，让受害人或其家人在数十年内死于中风、心肌梗塞、肿瘤、癌症等。
