Job Overview:
Teach Connect is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to join our team. As the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating our educational programmes and research.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful development, ex*****on of all learning and research programmes, engaging with stakeholders to drive programme outcomes and success.
Responsibilities:
Learning and Development Programme Management.
● Recruit, train, and manage programme staff and volunteers, including instructors and facilitators.
● Plan, coordinate, monitor, report and implement all internal and external learning, research and development activities
● Create and oversee programme activities, including workshops, training, and educational events.
Research Programme Management
● Collaborate with the internal team and external partners to identify Research programme needs, resources, and goals.
● Monitor and evaluate research program effectiveness, collecting and analysing data for programme improvement.
● Track Research programme outcomes and measure impact, reporting regularly to the National Coordinator and the Head of Operations.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and community organisations for effective research management.
● Stay up-to-date with education trends, research, and best practices to constantly enhance programme offerings.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● Proven experience in research and program management, preferably within the education sector.
● Knowledge of educational research, pedagogy, curriculum development, and program evaluation techniques.
● Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
● Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
● Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and community partners.
● Demonstrated passion for educational equity and improving learning outcomes.
