SCNC FOR SOUTHERN CAMEROONS NATIONAL COUNCIL is a self determination organization seeking the independence of the anglophone Southern Cameroons from the predominantly francophone Republic of Cameroon (La République de Cameroun). After achieving independence in the 1950s, Cameroon took territorial control over the area of British Cameroons and adopted a federal structure giving some autonomy to the former British area. When Biya came to power in 1982, he began centralizing power and creating a single-party state. In 1993, the All Anglophone Conference formed pushing for a return to the autonomy provided to the Southern Cameroons under the federal system.[1] In 1994, the Bamenda Declaration of large members of the AAC decided to work toward secession rather than autonomy.[2][3] This resulted the next year in the creation of the Southern Cameroon People's Conference (SCPC) formed as an umbrella organization bringing together student, trade organizations, and political organizations committed to independence, rather than a return to autonomy. The Southern Cameroons National Council was the elected body in charge of organizing SCPC efforts with the initial chairman being Sam Ekontang Elad.[1]

1990s
In 1995, the SCNC rose to political prominence with a host of efforts to push for secession of the anglophone Southern Cameroons from the country of Cameroon. The government of Cameroon was finishing its application to join British Commonwealth of Nations and the SCNC organized a number of publicity activities to oppose this inclusion.[3] In August 1995, the SCNC petitioned the UN to intervene and mediate between them and the government of Cameroon warning that a lack of intervention would create "another Somalia".[1] In October 1995, the SCNC publicized a plan schedule of work for an eventual declaration of independence. These political activities resulted in significant disrupted by police and security forces.[2]

In 1996, Chair Elad resigned and was replaced by Henry Fossung.[1] Activities were routinely disrupted by police and plans for independence were scuttled consistently.[2] March 1997 produced the arrest of 200 supporters for a supposed attack on security forces in Bamenda. In the trials for the 200, Amnesty International and the SCNC found substantive evidence of admissions through torture and force.[2] The raid and trial resulted in a shutdown of SCNC activities and Fossung taking a low profile.[1] In response to this, in April 1998 a small faction elected Esoka Ndoki Mukete, a high-ranking member of the Social Democratic Front, as the new chair of the SCNC. The decision was opposed by Fossung and the powerful SCNC-North America and the result was paralysis of the organization.[1]

The divisive council remained over much of 1998 and early 1999 until October 1999 when the government found multiple members guily in the 1997 trial. Although the faction led by Fossung opposed a unilateral declaration of independence, the faction led by Mukete became more assertive. While Mukete was officially traveling abroad, a small group took over Radio Buea and proclaimed the establishment of Southern Cameroons as an independent and legal political force.[3] Mukete's role in the SCNC was reduced and multiple members, including the leadership were arrested.[1]

In 2000, the SCNC resolved the leadership dispute by electing Frederick Ebong Alobwede the new chairman and considered him the first President of the Southern Cameroons.[4]
2001–present
Repression of the group increased significantly in 2001 when the organization was declared illegal and clashes with police at a demonstration resulted in multiple deaths.[3] As a result, multiple international offices and branches of the SCNC have opened and engaged in political activities. In 2001 a group of exile-SCNC-members founded a so-called "South Cameroon's Embassy" in the German town of Frankfurt.[5] The group boycotted the 2002 municipal elections in Cameroon and the 2004 presidential election.[1] The government has continued with "arbitrary and unlawful" detention of members,[6] often with mass arrests at peaceful gatherings (like one in 2007 while members of the group were trying to hold a press conference).[7]

In 2006, a faction formally declared the Republic of Ambazonia and a military wing known as the Southern Cameroon Peoples Organization (SCAPO) begun activity. In 2007, this group claimed responsibility for an attack on the Cameroon military in Bakassi.[1]
International recognition remained limited although the group became part of the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization in 2006. In 2009, however, the African Union (AU), with a large push from Muammar Gaddafi, began considering efforts regarding the SCNC call for independence. However, in late 2009, the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights rejected the SCNC's petition and slowed the efforts by the group in the AU.[1]

The 2012 Amnesty International Report on Cameroon found that the security forces continue to disrupt SCNC activities. In February 2011, Chief Ayamba Ette Otun was arrested while traveling through the country. He was released soon afterwards without charge. In October 2011, a meeting in Buea was disrupted and 50 members were arrested and released without charge days later.[8]

THE INVULNERABILITY OF PEOPLE POWER

It is said that the taste of the pudding is in the eating.

Some people in absolute ignorance had dismissed the SCNC nonviolent liberation struggle as the ideology of the weak, philosophy of the feeble minded and the stupid. Putting up this press release at noon of June 9, 2017 the people of British Southern Cameroons (BSC) having broken and set a new record in the power of nonviolence struggle, have out rightly defeated mighty La Republique du Cameroun (LRC) without firing even a robber gun.

We take this time to most heartily salute the parents, the school pupils and students, who have come to the full knowledge and understanding that this fight is for their freedom, dignity and glorious future. We thank the Church authorities for speaking out loud and clear and congratulate the Traditional Rulers who rejected the Yaoundé brown envelopes.

We heartily thank the teachers, lawyers, and the okada, taxi and bus transporters who are paying the price in observing the GHOST TOWN, GHOST COUNTRY. United we will rise and stand tall now and forever, better days in our hands are ahead. The solid foundation is in solidarity today!

This current nonviolent approach which is cost-effective has dealt a death blow to the occupier than what took place one month ago. The enemy is humiliated and the ministers who arrogantly came to drag us in their mud for six long days are not only leaking their wounds, they had to sneak back to Yaoundé shamelessly before mid day. As the Russians defeated great Napoleon Bonaparte with their General February, so have we defeated La Republique du Cameroun with our General January! This day January 9, 2017 must go down in the Guineas Book of Records as the day on which in obedience to and diligent application of nonviolence LRC imperialism, policy of divide and rule, corruption, intrigues, intimidation was given a knock-out defeat. BSC is most slippery in the dry season!

Nothing, nothing, has ever beyond any reasonable doubt demonstrated the oneness, unity, solidarity of the Southern Cameroonian people as this GHOST TOWN, GHOST COUNTRY has done and will continue to! In the Message to the British Southern Cameroons nation on Dec. 31, 2016, after congratulating you all for the growing unity, positive resistance, I assured you, ``Nothing overcomes oppression more than focused and purposeful solidarity against the common enemy. This has concretely been demonstrated and this should be the guiding bright morning star to lead us to freedom and sovereign existence.

In an address to ALDE/TRTP International Conference in European Parliament, Brussels in Jan.2007 after prison detention, I assured conference delegates that in Africa, there are three Guineas and two Congos and because they differ in colonial background, each is a sovereign independent nation. I then called on the civilized and democratic world to recognise and defend the fact that the two distinct Cameroons under international instruments have equal rights of separate sovereign existence. In practical terms we have in solidarity demonstrated not only that BSC is a distinct nation from LRC, we have proven that the people are sovereign and that in solidarity no foreign army can defeat us. We have equally proven that no matter how strong a tyrant may be, he can never forever be invulnerable.

From our security reports and briefs from County Chairpersons who acted as directed it is perfect GHOST TOWN, GHOST COUNTRY from Debuntcha to Kwajah and Tombel to Ekok. In Akwaya, Manyu County some thirty youths under their Youth Leader overwhelmed with joy of resounding success wanted to celebrate by going to the streets. I had to address them by phone from my abode in Bamenda not to for this victory is from the living Lord and to Him all praises should go. A teacher in Donga Mantung County from a college close to the border with Nigeria talking about ghost school puts it in a most sarcastic manner. Hear him ``Even if a school uniform were worn on a goat and tied with a rope, the goat will tear it down to maintain its goat nature. And he ended `` Here both parents, teachers, pupils and students are ready to sacrifice a year and more, to regain their freedom, independence and a better future.

In Bamenda, as was in Buea, Kumba, Mutengene, Victoria, Mamfe, Nkambe, Kumbo, the emptiness of the streets was so inviting that children had the liberty to transform the streets into football stadia. CRTV News slots could not but confirm the eloquent success. The success and victory attained is beyond expectations. GHOST TOWN, GHOST COUNTRY was operation zero schools, zero markets, zero shops opened even in the quarters and villages, zero okada, taxi, private car on the roads. Even the few police and gendarme vehicles pretending to give a false image of life as usual, certainly feared their own shadows and sound of their own vehicles. It was dead country!

With truth and legality on our side, the effective GHOST TOWNS, GHOST COUNTRY has in practical terms;

Dismissed and buried LRC imperial make-belief of a “one and indivisible Cameroun” which includes BSC propagated by its Presidency and its Ministry of mendacity, deception and propaganda. Truth is sacred and cant be consumed by meaningless political slogans. Inherited boundary treaties declared two distinct eternal Cameroons!

Proven that the AU Constitutive Act, Art. 4(b) and the principle of international jurisprudence of uti possedetis juris and the critical date are sacrosanct.

Remind LRC that in 1984 by Presidential Decree it restored its identity thus ended the lame none treaty union with British Southern Cameroons. And in the celebration of its 30th anniversary of independence (1960-1990) a postage stamp worth 1000 CFA Frs. was issued to commemorate this historic achievement. Respecting (b) above the map on this stamp excludes BSC.

Beyond any reasonable doubt demonstrated to the UN and UK in particular and international community in general that the Southern Cameroonian people want nothing but their SOVEREIGN INDEPENDENCE! The GHOST TOWN, GHOST COUNTRY is more than a REFERENDUM!
While heartily congratulating you all for winning big, we assure you this is just the taste of the pudding for LRC should its leadership continue to delay in reading the hand writing on the wall. The GHOST TOWN, GHOST COUNTRY is Gods instrument in our hand for our freedom and independence. God is not only saying something: He is doing something great in our lives. As Goliath stood huge armed to the teeth but small young David with a pebble and sling knocked him down, for he stood in defense of truth and came in the fear of the Lord, so will BSC knock down third millennium imperial LRC and chase it out of our God ordained heritage, BSC . Please read Lamentation 5:1-21 to understand how LRC has ruined and rendered BSC desolate and Psalms 37:34 and Isaiah 60:18-22 to appreciate Gods promise in the restoration of our nation and what a great nation and blessings restored BSC will be to its people and friends. Only remain faithful, prayerful, strong, courageous, focused and passionate about the mission of national restoration.

We make haste to draw the attention of the UN and international community to the fact that in spite of the calmness and peace with which things went as confirmed even by LRCs CRTV, as was on Jan. 2nd, there were still some arrests in Buea, Mamfe and Bamenda. These youths arbitrarily arrested for no crime demonstrates Yaoundés intended provocation to clamp on the innocent as usual. The arrested should not again be kidnapped to Yaoundé. They should be released!

We also call on the international community to mount meaningful pressure on President Paul Biya to BRING BACK our BOYS (BBOBs) kidnapped to Yaoundé. In addition to this we have victims of the WUM SAGA of April 2016. All these should be brought back to their homeland.

Once more wish to draw the attention of the international community to a painful fact that while all Southern Cameroonians, as an annexed and occupied people, live under the constant reign of terror, all leaders of the struggle for freedom and justice, including the National Youth Leader Mancho Bibxy (BBC) have been blacklisted and are under surveillance. To live constantly under the threat of hawkish arrest by the occupation forces, is most dehumanising and traumatising. Human rights defenders most not be in different and silent on this fact.

The train of national restoration has left the abyss of annexation and colonial occupation for the Gate of FREEDOM and SOVEREIGN INDEPENDENCE. For the doubting Thomases, imperial LRC and agents, this train piloted by an ordained invisible spirit, has no reverse gear, no key to stop the engine midway. It is forward ever to the gate of FREEDOM and SOVEREIGN INDEPENDENCE. Spring on the Freedom Train and be among the heroes of National Restoration and Sovereign Independence..

In appreciation to God Almighty, we call for prayers of thanksgiving in all Mosques this Friday and in all Churches on Sunday to the Most High and solemn plea for His continuous intervention until total Restoration and Independence.

We applaud the meeting which took place in Buea between the head of the Consortium Barrister Agbor Nkongho and the SCNC delegation from the North west region....This was at Barrister Agbor's Buea residence of West Cameroon...you can see picture below...WE HAVE TO CONSULT AND CONCERT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ONE VOICE,...TO BE ABLE TO AVOID UNNECESSARY CLASHES AND DIFFERENCES... BRING BACK OUR BOYS (BBOBs)

Since Dec. 9, 2016, parents and relations have been moving from one detention camp to the other to locate the where about of their children. The failure to locate their loved ones or to receive satisfactory information has only increased the fears, worries and anger against the annexationist regime and agents whose language of command and obey- French- many do not understand.

Indeed an annexationist colonial power is known for its consistency in inconsistency. Is it not incredible that while Yaoundé is flashing white washed dialogue and sending powerless surrogates to Bamenda, its troops are armed to the teeth with firm ex*****oner’s instructions? As if angered by Ni John Fru Ndi’s stern warning “No blood should drop in Bamenda again!” and to prove to him and all Southern Cameroonians that that was only the bark of a toothless bull dog, not only one or two were killed but many were executed for no crime. But in la Republique du Cameroun’s annexationist law, the annexed and subjugated have no right, not even the voice for peaceful protest. The question of no right is clearly dramatized by the fact that even the co-opted are used as toilet roll. If not how is it that the Rt. Hon. P.M. and Head of Government, Philemon Yang, stood speechless while la Republique du Cameroun’s Proconsul, his supposed subordinate, ordered the ex*****on of unarmed youths in his ancestral land! Or was he sent to supervise the ex*****ons carried on by his subordinates?

While the people of British Southern Cameroons are still mourning the murder of their children in Bamenda, Kumba and dehumanization and decapitation of the human spirit at the Buea University, the annexationist Yaoundé regime added salt to a painful bleeding wound. As it was in 1962 consequent upon the Ebubu, Tombel massacre, the 1992, 1997 and the Wum Saga of April 27, 2016, some seventy youths arrested in Bamenda on December 6, 2016 were two days after kidnapped to Bafoussam and Yaoundé, la Republique du Cameroun. After the heavily flawed Presidential election of 1992 when the victor Fru Ndi, a Southern Cameroonian, became the vanquished some leaders and activists of the SDF were kidnapped to Yaoundé by night under heavily armed troops.

Among those feared in the December 6, 2016 arbitrary arrest to have disappeared or kidnapped to la Republique du Cameroun territory as if they were war captives are;

Arrested on 6 December 2016 and taken to GMI, they were later moved to the Central Prison, Bamenda on 8 December 2016 on orders of SDO Mezam. They are all youths aged between 15 and 30 years. Many are students who were arrested near their homes as schools are on sit in strike. It should be recalled that Divine Sambella of Longla Commercial College was murdered in front of their house in the Small Mankon Quarter (SCNC Press Release of 10th December 2016).

Some of them are sickly while some sustained serious injuries from torture and gun shots and judging from past experiences of constant severe torture to destroy the resistance spirit and instill fear, no medical care and poor or no feeding, we fear for their health, safety and security. Kidnapping them to Bafoussam and Yaoundé only makes matters worse for the victims and the families, who inevitably are being psychologically and morally tortured – fear of the unknown. Some victims of the 1997 episode lost their lives in Kondengui, Maximum Prison, Yaoundé.

Yaoundé’s persistent transfer of Southern Cameroonians who are alleged to have committed a crime on Southern Cameroons soil (common law jurisdiction) to la Republique du Cameroun (civil law jurisdiction) is not only common knowledge, it is clear prove that la Republique du Cameroun respects no international law and obligation. La Republique du Cameroun, a signatory to the AU Charter and the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights submitted to the jurisdiction of the African Commission in the case filed by the SCNC/SCAPO against annexation and colonial occupation, Communication 266/2003 but when the Ruling came out and was approved by the AU Summit in July 2009 calling for Constructive Dialogue under the Good Offices of the African Commission the modern African imperial power imposing neo-apartheid in British Southern Cameroons has flouted the Ruling with impunity.

It is worth pointing out that aggressively looking troops that display the arrogance of conquistadors are still being ferried into Bamenda from la Republique du Cameroun, tear gas, intimidating gun firing still get on even at night. Added to this, threats of arrest are still on as was the case with the arbitrary arrest of Mancho Bibixy (BBC) the Youth Leader, who was rescued from the mouth of the lion by his valiant comrades.

As respecters of international law and obligations and cognizant of the fact that for international peace based on justice to prevail, it is mandatory that the civilized and democratic world should rise against injustice anywhere which threatens justice and human freedom everywhere in the world. The UN the UK and the good people of the world cannot afford to exercise the culture of silence we have seen for more than half a century. It is in this light of human tragedy that Martin Luther King Jr., in human interest sounded this alarm bell, “The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people.”


We, the people of the former UN Trust territory of British Southern Cameroons cognizant of our rights to self-determination and to a sovereign homeland and believing fervently that annexation and colonial rule are crimes against humanity and threat to world peace, therefore;

1. Call on the UN, AU, the Commonwealth and international Community in general to mount meaningful pressure on President Paul Biya to release and BRING BACK OUR BOYS (BBOBs) and hand to us the parents, relations and friends; in Bamenda in the good health they left our houses on December 6, 2016.

2. Remind the AU that President Paul Biya having refused submitting to the Constructive Dialogue, the Continental Body has only one option left, namely, place the British Southern Cameroons Question for de-annexation on the agenda of the UN. For the AU to be relevant and give hope to the oppressed peoples of Africa, AU’s institutions must have the capacity and political will to enforce its decisions and make member nations respect the provisions of its Charter.

3. Call on the UN, the Trustor, and the UK, the trustee power, to complete their unfinished obligations as enshrined in the UN Charter and Trusteeship Agreement. It is self-evident that our plight is a consequence of botched decolonisation in 1961. To forgive the evil deed of 1961, the UN must respect its obligations and right the wrong of 1961 so that the people of British Southern Cameroons assume their deserved seat at the UN among the free people of the world.

4. Assure the UN and international community in general that the indignities, acts of dehumanization, brutality, murders, disappearances, disenfranchisement, exclusion, mindless exploitation and plunder of our natural wealth, among others, we have had under la Republique du Cameroun annexation and colonial rule for 55 years far outweigh what we suffered under British influence from 1858-1886, German colonial rule from 1886-1916 and British Mandate/Trusteeship from 1916-1961 put together. And we can bear it NO MORE! Any failure from the UN to positively intervene NOW is direct invitation and license for la Republique to carry out genocide against our peace-loving and law abiding people which could have greater implication – intensity and extensity- (distabilise Nigeria and West Africa in general) than the Rwanda genocide.

I thank everyone who has said smthing real and concrete here. We must first admit that we as the people of Southern Cameroons are the divinely ordained owners of the land and that none and none but us have the right over it, that we alone under divine and international law have the right to shape our destiny and run our affairs as we see fit for our well being and happiness. In the 1950s and 1960s our fathers gave too much ear to foreigners colonial powers to impose on us. The plebiscite, the so called Foumban talks were all acts of treachery unbecoming of men worthy of their God given dignity. This must stop. Enough is Enough. In unity we must take our destiny in our hands now. In 2015 Message to BSC Nation I called on us to unite and make 2016 a turning point in our liberation struggle. We can! And we will! What we must need now is positive action that is focused on the bigger pic. For action to be positive and focused it must be sustainable; it must not be predicated on fire brigade methodology. Remember he who fails to plan, plans to fail. We have had enough experience. we can't afford failure again as our Lady Elsie calls above. We in the Home war front are determined to move to the finishing line triumphantly. While thanking Diasporan Chapters for the remarkable demos, we assure you we have just started: the job is not yet done. Independence with a seat at the UN is our right and Biya and LRC cannot stop or even delay it if we WILL it NOW! Ur freedom starts with u. Assert it. Believe it. Live and act it. THE REIGN OF TERROR

For more than one month, the occupied territory of British Southern Cameroons has been under the reign of terror of la Republique du Cameroun trigger- happy Gendarmes and Police. Each passing week sees a new dimension of the reign of terror. But tragically as la Republique du Cameroun, its occupation forces, the government officials and their agents who know no limits to their display of insensitivity and viciousness, sink deeper and deeper into inglorious history of humanity, people of British Southern Cameroons, most especially the youths, rise higher and higher in their determination to become the masters of their destiny.

Having learnt the hard way, we have come to accept as a living reality that when injustice becomes the law, written or unwritten, rebellion against the system becomes the people’s sacred duty and life wire for survival in dignity.

Our people’s rise in rebellion against la Republique du Cameroun’s annexation, imposition of foreign domination and alien rule is not in arms but in moral authority and legality as the true owners of this land, British Southern Cameroons. We believe fervently that no foreign army against a determined and politically conscious people can defeat the people. It is this consciousness and the fact that small David of the bible did not defeat Goliath because he was very strong but because the good Lord of TRUTH and JUSTICE was with him so is the Lord with the people of British Southern Cameroons for He created all men free and equal and to each people He ordained their eternal heritage on this planet earth.

The peaceful strike ignited by the Common Law Lawyers and the Teachers Trade Unions calling for dialogue has turned violent because la Republique du Cameroun knows and believes only in the dialogue of the grave yard where the Gendarme is the sole judge and the gun, the law. This explains the constant use of excessive force, tear gas with poisonous substances, live bullets, which are recklessly and murderously used on students and unarmed youths, peasant farmers. As if war has been declared on British Southern Cameroons, even maternity wards have not been spared tear gas. What crimes have innocent recently born babies and those yet to be born committed to merit such barbarity? Or is it that la Republique du Cameroun is determined to annihilate the people in order to take over their land?

With movement in town paralised, it has become very difficult to get details of the total number of the dead and those arrested and detained who are being treated worse than war captives. But yet to be verified story has it that ten have been killed by the occupation forces while many wounded are in hospitals. Among the dead is 19 year old Divine SAMBELLA, a Form Five student of Longla College, and native of Bali. This young lad executed in front of their house with parents indoor, had stepped out with a knife to clean pawpaw. The knife and pawpaw are still there for any who wants to see. What did the agent provocateurs go into the quarters, Small Mankon, to do before executing this student?

Also killed are, NDOH Ndanya of Mankon, born in 1990, married to two wives, Julius Akum and Divine Bongkem. The State Burial accorded the latter in Kumbo on Sat. Dec. 10, 2016 almost resulted into another confrontation with the occupation forces who want to dictate how our people should mourn and bury those they execute in most barbaric style. But the population stood their grounds and what SCNC has declared for the burial of the heroes was done in honour.

In Kumba two were also murdered. While investigations are ongoing to document all, one of the murdered is Ernest Mukete aged 21 years.

We here declare these and all murdered in the struggle for the NEW DAWN of BRITISH SOUTHERN CAMEROONS as from 2001, for example, Amidu Bel SUIKA, as the martyrs. They are the heroes and heroines of the New British Southern Cameroons. That your death and your blood watered the tree of liberty, compatriots have unanimously agreed that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and la Republique du Cameroun must be chased out of British Southern Cameroons. Their commitment to regain their FREEDOM via the restoration of an INDEPENDENT homeland, British Southern Cameroons, is carved on the rock of TRUTH and LEGALITY for British Southern Cameroons is not and was never an integral part of la Republique du Cameroun.

In addition to the dead and the wounded in hospitals and at home such as Jackson NFOR, Julius VERSHIYI, Ferdinand AZOH, Javis CHE LAIC, many have been arrested and detained in various torture chambers. They are fears that some may or might have been carried to Kondengui as it is always the case in spite of the African Commission Ruling of 2009 forbidding any such transfers of alleged suspects from British Southern Cameroons, Common Law jurisdiction, to la Republique du Cameroun for torture and kangaroo trial in French under the civil law system as is the case with victims of the Wum Saga.

These victims are prisoners of conscience. Like many others who have had to escape for their dear life, these are matters the international community cannot continue to exercise a culture of silence when a whole people are being persecuted for defending their inherent rights to self-determination in this third millennium credited with ascendancy of human freedom and people’s rights. Mancho BBC, the Youth Leader and his fellow compatriots, at the risk of their lives and other compatriots in the struggle, are doing what other icons like Nelson Mandela, Nkrumah, Martin Luther King Jr., William Wilberforce, did to lift the world and humanity to higher ground of human freedom, civilisation and dignity. Such strong believers and defenders of human freedom need protection from servants of the Most High who created all men free and equal and to each people allocated their eternal inheritance on planet earth. Defenders of human freedom and the civilised world are called upon to speak out: we must not be left at the mercy of tyrants to deal with us as they deem fit. Let your appalling silence not add salt to a bleeding wound!

Is it not incredible that after giving a false image of accepting dialogue with the Teachers and Lawyers, Buea University and Bamenda should be visited by troops to maim and kill? What has taken place in Buea University and Bamenda amounts to crimes against humanity for which President Paul Biya should be held to answer at the International Criminal Court!

Remaining faithful to our policy of nonviolence, we mourn with all the families that have lost their loved ones and pledge that they all shall rise and celebrate with the living on RESTORATION DAY and they shall live forever as heroes and heroines of our nation! Remember we live in deeds not in days.

Highly appreciative of the worthy sacrifices made and thanking you for the courage and determination displayed we call on all to remain vigilant and give the enemy no opportunity to cause further mayhem and murders. In the struggle to chase away the occupier of our land we must protect and preserve the little that we have. We must be better organized, unite and love ourselves and our Fatherland. Victory is near! And with greater bonds of unity, better organisation and proper planning, the enemy who is

already panic stricken, in desperate moves to maintain its grip over its illegally acquired land and natural wealth, will move from one calamity to another.

As we thank all in the Home Front, we also thank Diaspora Chapters for mobilizing all compatriots and leading peaceful demonstrations in USA, UK, France, Belgium, South Africa, among others, and call on them to intensify their efforts till our sovereign statehood is restored. The battle cry is FREEDOM, JUSTICE and SOVEREIGN INDEPENDENCE in respect of our inherent rights and in conformity with the UN Charter. Without international support which can only come with our determined capacity to remove scales from the eyes of international community to see the irrefutable truth, Yaoundé lies and falsehood will continue to lead the world.

The world would not have known of a new seed in people power, namely, the Coffin Revolution. As with the social media the Arab Spring swept across North Africa collapsing dictators like over ripe and rotten mangoes, so will the Coffin Revolution, thanks to social media, end neo-apartheid or what others call black on black colonialism in British Southern Cameroons.

BRITISH SOUTHERN CAMEROONS will be FREE from the claws of la Republique du Cameroun annexation, assimilation and mindless plunder of our natural resources. The bullets of tyrants and torture chambers will not make us retreat or surrender.
