照顧的責任誰屬呢？傳統的想像離不開家庭，但當全球人人的工時也越來越長的時候，我們慢慢便把責任推向政府，而當政府不願再負出高昂的預算，這一塊便落入市場手中。
藝術家在這個議題上又可以做到甚麼呢？ReUnion由一班藝術家發起，以區域鏈技術，為「照顧」從新定價。一方面要去中心化，鼓勵個體間建立長期互相照顧的關係；另一方面，抗衝著市場為「照顧」定價。
這個構想看來矛盾，但又確切地以創新的方法來解決當下的困境。成效如何，我們拭目以待。

Who is responsible to take care others? In tradition, we will imagine the Family have to take care its members, but globally we are being busier, we tend to put the ball to the government, and when the government no longer want to take it on their shoulders, the Market comes.
What Art can do in such issue? Part of the founders of ReUnion are artists. They are using the encrypted currency to re-value “care”. On one hand, to decentralised the care taking system, encouraging long term peer-to-peer relationship; on the other hand, to go against how the Market value “Caring”.
This idea seems to be somehow contradictory, but at least they are trying to solve a catastrophe through creative means. Let’s see, how far they can reach.
