នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម កែ សុវណ្ណ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ បានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសមជាមួយលោកជំទាវ Mirjana Spoljaric ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការកាកបាទក្រហមអន្តរជាតិ (ICRC) ដែលបានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម កែ សុវណ្ណ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយូរអង្វែងរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ និងបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការបន្ត និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយ ICRC ដើម្បីគាំទ្របេសកកម្ម និងគោលការណ៍មនុស្សធម៌របស់អង្គការ។

ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានប្តេជ្ញាបន្តធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា និង ICRC បន្ថែមទៀត រួមទាំងការជំរុញគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសកលស្តីពីច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ ផងដែរ។

On 2 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Ke Sovann, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Nations in Geneva, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ms. Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), who extended a warm welcome to Ambassador Ke Sovann.

On this occasion, Ambassador Ke Sovann expressed appreciation for the longstanding cooperation between the two sides and reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to continuing and strengthening its collaboration with the ICRC in support of the organization’s mandate and humanitarian principles.

Both sides pledged to work closely to further strengthen cooperation between Cambodia and the ICRC, including, among other areas, advancing the Global Initiative on International Humanitarian Law.

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម កែ សុវណ្ណ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃកម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ បានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Gilbert F.Houngbo អគ្គនាយកអង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO)។

ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូតបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពចាំបាច់នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ របស់អង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO) ក្នុងការបន្តលើកកម្ពស់ការងារសមរម្យនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីការងារសមរម្យប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ២០២៤-២០២៨។

ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត ក៏បានបង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយអង្គការ ILO ក្នុងការអនុវត្តអាណត្តិស្នូលរបស់ខ្លួន ជាពិសេសការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រតិភូត្រីភាគីក្នុងសន្និសីទអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារលើកទី១១៤ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅដើមខែមិថុនាខាងមុខ។

On the afternoon of 25 May 2026, H.E. KE Sovann, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations Office in Geneva, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Gilbert F. Houngbo, Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

During the meeting, His Excellency Ambassador underscored the indispensable cooperation between Cambodia and the ILO in the continued promotion of Decent Work in Cambodia, particularly through the Cambodia Decent Work Country Programme 2024-2028.

His Excellency also reiterated Cambodia's commitment to working closely with the ILO in delivering its core mandate, including through the participation of the Cambodian tripartite delegation in the 114th International Labour Conference, to be held in the upcoming June 2026.

កិច្ចប្រជុំមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងបន្តចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងដៃគូអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងន័យរួមចំណែកដល់ការពង្រឹងវិស័យសុខាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងការការពារសុខភាពសកល។

H.E. Mr. Ke Sovann, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations in Geneva, has joined the Cambodian delegation led by H.E. Professor Chheang Ra, Minister of Health, to attend the 79th World Health Assembly (WHA), held from 18 to 23 May 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland.

H.E. Ambassador has accompanied H.E. Minister to the Plenary Session of the WHA and to bilateral meetings with several important figures in health sector, including:
• Dr. Saia Ma’u Piukala, World Health Organisation (WHO) Regional Director for the Western Pacific, on the morning of 19 May 2026 at the Palais des Nations
• H.E. Dr. Sakoi Masami, Vice Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan, who also serves as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical & Global Health Officer, on the afternoon of 20 May 2026 at WHO Headquarters and
• Ms. Sylwia Murray, Fund Portfolio Manager for the Asia Team within the Grant Management Division of the Global Fund, on the afternoon of 20 May 2026 at the Global Fund Headquarters.

These meetings aimed to strengthen cooperation and further exchange experiences between Cambodia and its international partners, with a view to contributing to the continued development of Cambodia’s health sector and to global health efforts.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត កែ សុវណ្ណ តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃកម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ បានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសមជាមួយឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត Randolph De Battista តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋម៉ាល់ត៍ប្រចាំកាអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ។

On the morning of 13 May 2026, H.E. Ambassador KE Sovann, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations Office in Geneva, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ambassador Randolph De Battista, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Malta to the United Nations Office in Geneva.

During the meeting, both Ambassadors underscored the steady progress of bilateral relations between the two countries since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2005 and expressed their commitment to further strengthening the ties of friendship and cooperation.

On the multilateral front, the two Ambassadors reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation and close collaboration between the two Permanent Missions within the framework of the Human Rights Council, the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and other international organizations on matters of common interest.

On the morning of 13 May 2026, H.E. Mr. KE Sovann, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations Office in Geneva, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mrs. Riia Salsa-Audiffren, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Estonia to the United Nations Office in Geneva.

During the meeting, Ambassador Riia SALSA-AUDIFFREN warmly welcomed H.E. Mr. KE Sovann on the occasion of his assumption of duty as Ambassador in Geneva. Both Ambassadors shared the view that the two countries should explore ways and means to further strengthen bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of digital technology, trade, and investment.

They also exchanged views on their respective priorities within the United Nations Human Rights Council, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and other international organizations, and pledged to work more closely to advance common interests within those organizations.

On the afternoon of 12 May 2026, H.E. Ambassador KE Sovann, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations Office in Geneva, delivered a statement commending Singapore’s continued efforts to promote and protect human rights, as well as the remarkable progress achieved in many areas, including worker protection, gender equality, healthcare, affordable housing, the welfare of migrant workers, and support for vulnerable groups.

ក្នុងអំឡុងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តម និងលោកជំទាវបានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់លើទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏យូរអង្វែងរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ឯឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត កែ សុវណ្ណបានកោតសរសើរដល់ប្រទេសហុងគ្រី ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស និងកិច្ចខំប្រឹងប្រែងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជា។

On the morning of 12 May 2026, H.E. Mr. KE Sovann, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations Office in Geneva, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ms. Zsófia Havasi, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Hungary to the United Nations Office in Geneva.

During the meeting, both Ambassadors highly valued the longstanding relations between the two countries. H.E. Mr. KE Sovann commended Hungary for its contributions to Cambodia’s human resource development and national development efforts.

The two Ambassadors also exchanged views on current international and regional issues.

They further explored opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations, enhance cooperation within multilateral frameworks, and promote closer coordination and mutual support between the two Missions in Geneva in the United Nations processes.

In the afternoon of 11 May 2026, H.E. Ambassador KE Sovann, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations Office in Geneva, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ambassador Antje Leendertse, Permanent Representative of Germany to the United Nations Office in Geneva.

Both sides expressed their satisfaction with the longstanding friendship and the excellent progress achieved in Cambodia–Germany relations over the years, as well as Germany’s continued support for Cambodia’s development in the areas of trade, health, governance, and humanitarian assistance.

The two sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and underscored the importance of exploring opportunities to further strengthen cooperation within the multilateral framework of the WHO, ILO, WTO, ITU, WIPO, and the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. Both Ambassadors further discussed mutual support for their respective candidatures.
