’s “Not a Woman’s Job?” photo exhibition celebrates women who are leading change in countries, societies, and communities, challenging stereotypes and breaking barriers across the world. 🌍
🇳🇱 We are proud to have contributed to this inspiring exhibition by sharing the 📸 stories of Minister Elanor Boekholt-O’Sullivan .vro and Devika Partiman , whose leadership, resilience, and dedication exemplify the exhibition’s message.
🤩 It is an honour to see their stories featured alongside so many remarkable women.
🔸Minister Elanor Boekholt-O’Sullivan broke gender barriers as the first female three-star general in the Netherlands. Through her inclusive leadership, she advocated for a defence organisation in which women and other underrepresented groups could fully participate, from top-level command positions to the practical equipment used on the work floor. From this groundbreaking position, she now became the Dutch Minister of Housing, where she continues her commitment to inclusion and social change.

🔸As a leading advocate for gender equality in politics, Devika Partiman works to increase women’s representation and leadership in the Netherlands. Through her organisation ‘Vote for a Woman’, she empowers women to enter politics, mobilizes female voices on a large scale, and challenges barriers that have traditionally excluded women. Her work focuses on empowerment, equal opportunities, and creating lasting change in the political landscape.
