Surf Taiwan 台灣日圓滿成功

上週六，本處王思為大使很榮幸受邀赴琉森參加Surf Taiwan 台灣日，瑞士台灣協會以及在瑞士及歐洲各國的台灣僑民積極籌備、出錢出力，終於在圓滿成功，除了推廣台灣美食🍲及文化軟實力，也讓瑞士民眾更瞭解台灣作為自由民主的一員，攜手前行帶來互惠共榮。

再次感謝瑞士台灣協會的大家及瑞士與歐洲僑胞總動員，沒有你們，這場活動不會如此成功，瑞士僑民是本處最堅實的夥伴！🥰

Last Saturday, Dr. Steve Szu-wei Wang, Taiwan Representative to Switzerland, had the honor to attend Surf Taiwan in Luzern. Taiwanese Association in Switzerland and our oversea nationals in Switzerland & even from other European countries are devoted to make this event happen. In addition to presenting the Taiwanese cuisine and cultural activities, Surf Taiwan makes Taiwan stories even more aware among the Swiss public. Taiwan is a natural partner for democratic allies. We believe cooperation will bring more prosperity. 🇹🇼🤝🇨🇭

Taiwan in Switzerland would like to thank Taiwanese Association in Switzerland and all of our oversea nationals for making this grand event not only happen but also a great success. 🤗

【日內瓦及周邊地區旅遊警示】

第52屆「七大工業國」（G7）高峰會將於本（2026）年6月15日至17日在法國Evian-les-Bains舉行，由於該地鄰近瑞士日內瓦，瑞士政府已宣布自11日至18日關閉瑞法邊境之大多數關口，並在日內瓦及周邊地區加強安全及交通管制措施。另外洛桑及日內瓦兩地預計分別將於13日及14日有大規模合法示威遊行活動，恐對大眾運輸造成影響。

駐日內瓦辦事處提醒屆時前來旅遊或公出之國人預先進行旅行規畫，隨時關注日內瓦政府相關公告（https://www.ge.ch/dossier/sommet-du-g7-evian-2026），並注意自身安全。

外交部針對中國近日侵害我國主權權利，非法襲擾我國東部海域自由航行貨輪的荒誕行徑予以嚴厲譴責！

MOFA strongly condemns the PRC for actions in Taiwan’s eastern EEZ that violate international law!

［強烈譴責中國在我國東部專屬經濟海域違反國際法的各項行動］

外交部針對中國近日侵害我國主權權利，非法襲擾我國東部海域自由航行貨輪的荒誕行徑予以嚴厲譴責，並提出聲明：

🔹 我國擁有合法海域權利：中華民國台灣與中華人民共和國互不隸屬，我國在東部海域享有聯合國海洋法公約「專屬經濟海域」相關規範所賦予的各項主權權利，中國無權在該海域對自由航行船隻採取任何違法行動。

🔹 中國行為破壞區域穩定：重申我國領土主權及主權權利不容侵犯，中國妄圖在我國海域騷擾過往船隻之行徑已違反相關國際法及公約，嚴重破壞現狀，甚至混淆國際視聽。

🔹 籲請國際社會共同反對：呼籲國際社會正視中國非法行動對區域安全的威脅，共同反對中國的違法行徑。

我國政府也將傾跨部會力量守護海域安全，並持續爭取理念相近國家支持共同與我維護印太安全🤝

MOFA strongly condemns the PRC for actions in Taiwan’s eastern EEZ that violate international law!

MOFA strongly condemns the PRC for its absurd actions in infringing upon Taiwan’s sovereign rights and illegally interfering with ships at sea, and reiterates:

🔹 Neither the ROC (Taiwan) nor the People’s Republic of China is subordinate to the other; Taiwan enjoys all sovereign rights in its eastern waters granted by the relevant provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea regarding exclusive economic zones; the PRC has no right to take illegal actions within Taiwan’s exclusive economic zone against any vessels exercising their right of freedom of navigation.

🔹 Taiwan will not tolerate any violation of its territorial sovereignty and sovereign rights. Moreover, Taiwan will not accept attempts by the PRC to interfere in any way with vessels passing through Taiwan’s waters. Such actions violate international law and conventions, gravely disrupt the status quo, and justify its unlawful maritime harassment with fabricated pretexts.

🔹 We urge the international community to recognize the serious and immediate threat that China’s illegal actions pose to regional peace and stability, and to jointly oppose the PRC’s unlawful conduct.

The government of Taiwan will coordinate efforts across ministries and agencies to safeguard maritime security and continue to seek the support of like-minded nations in jointly maintaining security in the Indo-Pacific region. 🤝

本處王思為大使很高興受邀赴聖莫里茲參加阿里山林鐵與瑞士RhB鐵路公司締結姊妹鐵道的簽約儀式，見證台瑞兩國在文化、旅遊領域深入合作！也期盼在星宇航空直航蘇黎世後，能進一步帶動雙方人員互訪與各領域交流。🛫

Witness the Signing Ceremony of Sister Railway Partnership of Alishan Forest Railway and Rhästische Bahn!

Dr. Steve Szu-Wei Wang is happy to attend the ceremony and wishes more exchanges and cooperation between our two countries. We believe that after the launching of direct flight of Taipei-Zürich route of STARLUX, the cooperation in various fields will surely take to another level!

昨天，TAS 有 6 位會員一起「遠征」St. Moritz！🚞

大家從 Luzern、Bern、St. Gallen、Cham、Lausanne 等地出發，搭了將近 5 小時的車，只為親眼見證阿里山林業鐵路與 RhB 簽署合作協議的歷史時刻。

除了見證這重要的一刻，我們也很開心見到遠道而來的台灣代表團，並與王思為大使合影留念。能在瑞士見證台灣與瑞士的合作成果，真的讓人感到特別開心與驕傲！

外交部第一時間掌握情勢發展，並確認日菲談判不影響我國權益，外交部堅定維護我國領土主權及海洋權益。

針對日本與菲律賓日前啟動劃分兩國專屬經濟海域及大陸礁層談判，外交部在第一時間掌握情勢，並再次向日、菲兩國政府明確重申立場，向國人說明如下：

🔹 日菲談判不影響我國權益
日、菲兩國未來相關談判的過程及結果，都不會影響我國依國際法及海洋法所享有的主權權利；也不影響我國與日本簽署的「台日漁業協議」及與菲律賓簽署的「台菲漁業執法合作協定」等既有合作機制的執行。

日本內閣官房長官木原稔亦已明確表示，日菲協議對第三國沒有拘束力。

🔹 堅定維護我國領土主權及海洋權益
我方再次向日本及菲律賓政府明確重申，中華民國台灣對領土及相關海域主權，以及依國際法與海洋法享有的主權權利不容質疑。

🔹 駁斥中國錯誤主張
外交部嚴正駁斥中國就此議題發表涉及我國主權的不實言論，中華民國台灣與中華人民共和國互不隸屬，我方對日菲專屬經濟海域劃界談判之政策與立場，中國無權置喙，更無權代替台灣發言。

外交部將持續與日本及菲律賓保持溝通，堅定維護我國主權、確保我國海洋權益及漁民作業權益獲得充分保障。

With regard to the recent negotiations between Japan and the Philippines on maritime boundaries between the two countries, MOFA would like to clarify the following:

🔹Any subsequent negotiations or actions taken by Japan and the Philippines will not impact Taiwan's sovereignty in terms of international law or maritime law; Nor will these affect fisheries agreements signed with either country.

Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Kihara Minoru has also recently made clear that negotiations between Japan and the Philippines would not be legally binding on third parties.

🔹The ROC (Taiwan) has clearly reasserted sovereignty over its territorial sea, EEZ and continental shelf in communications with Japan and the Philippines, sovereignty which is indisputable and in accordance with international law and the maritime law.

🔹MOFA again strongly refutes fallacious assertions made by the PRC concerning Taiwan's sovereignty, and reasserts that neither the ROC (Taiwan) nor the PRC is subordinate to the other. The PRC cannot therefore speak for Taiwan in terms of expressing a response or policy position on the negotiations between Japan and the Philippines concerning Exclusive Economic Zones.

MOFA will continue to monitor developments and maintain channels of communication with Japan and the Philippines to ensure our maritime and fishing rights are fully protected.

星宇航空 2027 年全球航網布局正式展開，預計新增巴塞隆納 🇪🇸、蘇黎世 🇨🇭、雪梨 🇦🇺、奧克蘭 🇳🇿 等國際航點，從台灣出發，串連歐洲、大洋洲重要城市。

其中，大洋洲航線將以雪梨為延伸樞紐，進一步串接奧克蘭，持續拓展南半球航網版圖。
